Abstract Job-Hunting Activities situation Understanding Support System Using SNS Ken KOMATSUBARA Job-hunting activities students prepare to get unofficial decision such as self-analysis and practice of the job-interview. The student can receive various supports from their teacher and the placement officer of university. For this support, the students jobhunting activities become smoothly. However, it is difficult for student to consult job-hunting activities by the teacher and the placement officer when her/his activities in faraway place. Moreover, the few student to consult to the teacher and the placement officer. Consequently, the teacher and the placement officer can not know job-hunting activities situation and support. In previous study, we developed job-hunting activities support system by introducing SNS(Social Networking Service). The system can display list as the students job-hunting activities progress. However, it is difficult for the teacher and the placement officer to understand many students job-hunting activities progress. In this study, the teacher and the placement officer can understand many students job-hunting activities and support her/his activities using SNS. Therefor, we improved the system and added original function. We evaluate whether the system can support understanding job-hunting activities situation. As a result, we confirmed effectiveness of the system by the placement officer. key words job-hunting activities situation, placement, SNS ii
