Abstract In fiscal year 2015, the top sales activities performed by governors and mayors in Japan, are highlighted by 1) Events in the Japan pavilion at EXPO Milano 2015 (theme: Feeding the Planet, Energy for Life), and 2) Invitation to the preliminary camp for the Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games 2020. Moreover, some local governments reserved rental factories in Vietnam and other countries to support the overseas expansion of a local manufacturing company.
