Abstract This study is emphasizes that the sports industry holds big weight with the economy of our country but tends to be disregarded The study sees it us a peculiar industry which has ports of both the second and the third sectors and it tries to understand the present condition and to make sense of it The reason why the sports industry is being studied is that sports are considered to be rooted as one of the main cultures in our life and that the industries associated with sports are fundamental in our economic system It is also said that the sports industry is an interesting field because it has not been studied lot yet in relation to economics and business administration The study would like to consider the differences between the service and the leisure industry In any way it is difficult to approach the subject because it has not been studied enough yet 2 3-125 -
