The way of labor legislation to the family mainly on non-regular labor for a child of the parent Junko HASEGAWA The family support the life of the member, and constitutes society. The factor to support a family is labor and care of the members. It is important that we think about how a family takes labor and the care of the member, therefore labor legislation and interpretation of labor law in consideration of family life is necessary. In this article, I pointed out importance of the labor of the parent for the child and when a parent was non-regular worker, I considered it. At first, point out that the labor of the parent affects the child at a point of the income, child care, outlook on occupation and lifestyle. Then, I show the problem that non-regular worker has instability of the employment and unequal treatment with regular worker, but the merits that time for child care can secure by part-time job labor, non-regular labor does not have the allocation to the distant place, I consider what kind of influence they have on a child. With that in mind, I discuss the way of the non-regular labor legislation while think about the position of the child. Finally I remark the way of the relation of the social security system, and I give an opinion about the way of the labor law that the regular labor was included in. 868 65 3 2014 11
