"The Jinan- incident (1928)" the Manchurian- Incident (1931)" had incurred by the Japanese army occurred during his period. China strongly rebounded aggression against Japan,. In such a situation, Chiang Kai-shek's National Party government strengthened the educational policy of "The Three Principles of the People" of Sun Wen whose thought was the base of the National Party Administration. The many "anti-japanese textbooks" published established a long-term view for the elementary schools and junior high school pupils. But, most of Japanese citizens couldn't understand the heart distress of the Chinese people.
