2 Ⅰ. 教学 Web サービスから教員等紹介登録画面へ Steps for Displaying the System to Introduce Teaching Staff, etc. 1. 教学 Web サービス画面教務タブの中の教員等紹介をクリック ( 2) へ Click 教員等紹介 the System to Introduce Teaching Staff, etc. 教学 Web サービス ( へアクセスしご自身の関学システム利用 ID とパスワードでログインします教学 Web サービストップメニュー画面にある教務タブの中の教員等紹介をクリックしますログイン後何もボタンをクリックせず 1 時間経過すると自動でログアウトされます ( 入力したデータが消えてしまいます ) 登録情報の編集 ( 更新 ) の際は適宜登録ボタンを押してください Access 教学 Web サービス ( to log into the web system using your user ID and password. On the top menu, click on 教員等紹介 (the System to Introduce Teaching Staff, etc.) under the Academic Affairs tab. Please note that after login, if the site is left inactive for one hour, you will automatically be logged out and any changes will not be saved. When editing (updating) the registration information, click the 登録 /Register button as appropriate. 2

3 Ⅱ. 登録編集 ( 更新 ) の方法 New Entry and Editing(Updating) 1. 教員等紹介条件指定画面 Page for specifying keywords for teaching staff introductions, etc. - 編集 ( 更新 )/Edit(Update) ボタンを押下し登録画面を表示します - To display registration page 1 編集 ( 更新 )/Edit(Update) ボタンを押下します Click 編集 (( 更新 )/Edit(Update) button. 2. 教員等紹介登録画面 Page for details of teaching staff introductions, etc. - 自身の情報を登録編集 ( 更新 ) します - To enter or edit(update) your information 教育研究に関するキーワード 3 つを登録する Register 3 keywords for your teaching and research fields. 例 ) 注意! 何もボタンをクリックせず 1 時間経過すると自動的にログアウトします ( 入力したデータが消えてしまいます ) 登録情報の編集 ( 更新 ) の際は適宜登録ボタンを押してください Please note that after login, if the site is left inactive for one hour, you will automatically be logged out and any changes will not be saved. When editing (updating) the registration information, click the 登録 /Register button as appropriate. 教育研究内容 (500 字程度 ) を登録する Fill in the item with about 100 words when you create your data in English. 登録ボタンを押下することで教育研究に関するキーワード教育研究内容が登録更新されます Click 登録 /Register button to save, update input data. リセットボタンを押下することで編集した情報をクリアし編集前の状態に戻ります Click リセット /Reset button to erase input data. 注意 1) 入力文字数制限を超えて入力した場合入力禁止文字等を入力した場合は登録ボタンを押下時にエラーとなります入力禁止文字等の情報については P.6 にて確認してください Error message will appear if you input data exceeding the character limit. Please refer to Page 6. 2) 公開期間中に登録情報を編集 ( 更新 ) した場合照会画面には即時で反映されます Inquiry screen will be displayed immediately after you finish editing/updating your data. 3

4 Ⅲ. 登録情報の確認方法 Confirming Uploaded Data 1. 教員等紹介条件指定画面 Page for specifying keywords teaching staff introductions, etc. - 登録情報を確認するため検索情報を入力します - To confirm input data 注意 4 月 1 日付採用者については 4 月 1 日より情報が公開されこれに伴い登録情報の確認照会が可能となります (4 月 1 日までは登録画面で確認してください ) 2015 年 4 月 1 日公開のためそれまでの期間は現職の方についても登録情報の確認照会はできません申し訳ありませんが登録画面で確認してください New employee data will be published on April 1, and from then on you can edit (update) the details. This is also applies to same as for teaching staff already in office in 教員氏名の漢字カナの姓と名の間には全角スペースを入力してください教育研究に関するキーワード教育研究内容はキーワード 1 つのみ指定可能です Only one search Keyword can be used in the Keywords and the Teaching and Research Fields. 1 検索情報を入力していきます Input search information. 2 検索情報を入力後検索ボタンを押下して下さい登録情報が無い場合はエラーとなります Click 検索 /Search button after inputting search information. Error message will appear if no data is matched. 入力した検索情報をクリアします Click リセット /Reset button to erase input data. 2. 教員等紹介結果一覧画面 Search results page for teaching staff introductions, etc. - 検索結果から登録情報を選択します- To select 確認検索結果の表示件数は 100となりますそれ以上の検索結果がある場合はボタンの押下もしくはページ番号を入力後ボタンを押下し確認してください 1 確認したい登録情報に対して照会アイコンを押下してください Click the Inquiry button to confirm uploaded data. 注意所属部署と兼任所属が存在する場合同一対象者に対して複数の情報が表示されますがどちらを選択しても同じ登録情報が表示されますサンプルは所属部署 ( 経済学部 ) 兼任所属 ( 言語コミュニケーション文化研究科 ) の場合 4

5 3. 教員等紹介照会画面 The Inquiry page for teaching staff introductions, etc. - 登録情報を確認します - To confirm uploaded data 所属部署と兼任所属が存在する場合所属部署名がカンマで続けて表示されます登録情報は 1 つ ( 同一内容 ) となります写真データは学内関係者 ( 教員職員学生 ) が本システムにログインした場合にのみ表示されます外部公開の場合写真は表示されませんサンプルは写真データ無の場合 The ID photo will appear only when KGU faculty, administrative staff, and students log on to 教学 Web サービス (Kyogaku Web Service). (2) ネット上の諸制約のため教員等紹介では外字記号等で表示できないものがありますので原稿作成の際にご注意ください Due to limitations related to displaying text on the Internet, the following nonstandard characters and symbols may not be displayed properly. Please give this proper attention at the time of creating your information. ⅠⅡⅢ などのローマ数字 :I( アイ ) V( ウイ ) X( エックス ) を組み合わせる形にしてください Roman numerals, such as Ⅰ, Ⅱ, and Ⅲ: Use I, V, and X to create combinations. 123 などの丸数字 :(1)(2)(3) 等をご使用ください Circled numbers, such as 1, 2, and 3: Use (1), (2), and (3) instead. 英字以外の他国語文字 : 他のものに置き換える等の工夫をお願いします Other foreign characters besides English letters: Determine some other way to replace them with other acceptable characters. 表示できない文字 : JIS コード第 2 水準まで表示可能です Characters that cannot be displayed: Above the JIS level-2 kanji set. (3) 将来的に半角カナが利用できなくなる可能性があります出来る限り半角カナは使用しないようにしてください The system might not support half-width katakana in the future.
