2 トピックス新メンバーの紹介長田研究室に7名のメンバーが新たに加わることとなり 10月18日に歓迎会を開催しました皆様どうぞ宜しくお願い致します ① ② ③ ④ ⑤ ⑥ ⑦ 安部弘理化学研究所先任研究員田中弦太郎長岡技術科学大学4年研修生冨樫英人長岡技術科学大学4年研修生王毅楠慶應義塾大学大学院博士課程3年パートタイマー程志強中国科学院理研IPA 吉岡昌子パートタイマー大橋佳樹東京電機大学3年パートタイマー上段左から安部さん田中くん冨樫くん王くん程くん下段左から吉岡さん大橋くん 2012野依サマースクールへの参加お茶の水女子大学博士後期課程２年 JRA 吉澤江里子野依サマースクールは今回で４回目の開催で理研外での開催は初めてだそうです分野外海外の学生との交流を目的に２泊３日島根県くにびきメッセで開催されました私は去年からJRAで働かせて頂いており今回で２回目の参加です前回の参加の時に英語で研究内容の説明をするのに悪戦苦闘したのも喉元過ぎれば何とやらでなんとかなるだろうと楽観的にポスター発表当日を迎えてしまいましたが今回も結局緊張やら英語能力の限界で黙り込んでしまい聞きにきてくれている方にこのポスターで言いたいことは何じゃあ一番伝えたい図はどれなどとどんどんと易しい質問を投げかけてもらい何とか答えられるかどうかといった具合でした今回ポスター賞を戴くことが出来ましたが審査員の方から内容は面白いのに説明しようという気が感じられなかったという感想を貰い英語能力がどうしようもないのに碌な準備をしなかった自分を反省しましたセミナーなどが終了した最終日には参加者全員で松江城を観光し出雲大社にお参りしましたちょうど旧暦の神在月で全国の神様が出雲に集結していた時期でしたので出雲大社に逗留中だっただろう英語の神様にも私の祈りが届いた筈だと信じています
