3 1.SC4 の創世記 1.1 ISO 表示装置関連規格の歴史 (1) ISOTC97( 情報技術委員会 )1 に 979 年 DIN が VDT 関連規格を提案 ISOTC97 の回答第 1 回 SC4 総会 :1983 年 ISO ,2 に続いて 1990 年に ISO は DIS 投票を可決した 1983 年の日本の状況一方我が国は独自に VDT 指針を作成 1986 年に JIS X6041 業務用陰極線管表示部および鍵盤を制定した (2010 年に廃止 ) 1983 年に現在の JEITA の前身の一つの JEIDA に VDT 対策専門委員会が設置され指針の作成を行った 1983 年末には ISO/TC159/SC4/WG2 委員のスウェーデンのエストバーグ博士が講演し解像度の定量的判定を行いたく日本の貢献を期待するとのこと 1985 年には JEITA 指針および JIS 原案の英訳版を完成させ ECMA DIN ISO/TC159/SC4/WG2 の会議招集者を訪問し意見交換を行った 1989 年から WG2 会議に出席し日本の意見を直接説明した 1990 年にの DIS 第二版投票が可決し FPD 規格を附属書で作ることが提案された当時フィンランドが EL 日本が PDP と液晶生産国でありフィンランドと日本に規格作成の期待がかかった 1991 年 JEIDA で FPD の初めての会合を持ち 2001 年が制定された 2011 年 3 月 4 日中野 3

14 TC 159/SC 4/WG 1 Fundamentals of controls and signaling methods ISO 1503:2008 Spatial orientation and direction of movement Ergonomic requirements 1 Scope This International Standard sets out design principles, procedures, requirements and recommendations for the spatial orientation and direction of movement of controls and displays used in tool machines, industrial robots, office machines, earth-moving machinery, transportation (automobiles, railway electric cars/rolling stock, aircraft, ships, etc.), information, daily commodities, public utilities and the operational components of building facilities.
