This is his last article and the first one on politics after the publication of Philosophy of Right. First, Hegel's intentions shall be explored within the context of their historical background. Secondly Hegel s interest in England shall be scrutinized. Thirdly his understanding of English situation and his critique of the Reform Bill shall be assessed.
