Details of our approach concentrating on the semantic content of concerns are given from a stand point about a hybrid system of search engines and social networking systems. Especially, check-in and check-out function about users' concerns enables shared social contents semantically organized and structured, as a detailed mechanism of the Semantic Web in the environment of cloud computing and smart phones.
