Yamagata Journal of Health Science, Vol. 6, 23 Kyoko SUGAWARA, Junko GOTO, Mutuko WATARAI Asako HIRATUKA, Reiko ICHIKAWA Recently in Japan, there has been a gradual decrease in the practice of community health nursing diagnosis, because the professional nursing education has developed into college educations. But students are studying it a required subject on Yamagata Prefectural University of Health Science. We prepared that they can use three means of clinical assessment tools for community health nursing diagnosis-existing data analysis and survey primary data, interview data. This practice was supported from a public office and a community. The purpose of this study was to clarify effects of this practice by analyzing a community health nursing diagnosis curriculum and a process of this practice. This practice was composed 8 plans of community health nursing by each group working, 53 practice reports, 53 items of self-evaluation by students. The following issues were raised by this study, and should be investigated in the future :. The student : They were beginning to understand of a community health nursing diagnosis and community health nursing methods and skills. They were rose in selfpositive efficacy. Some students were conscious that a self-satisfaction produced to more deep understanding of community health nursing. 2. Effects of the practice didn't separate a support system that a college worked together a public office and a community. 3. This practice established a relationship of mutual trust between faculty and one of a public office and a community. 4. We have three problems. Reform to the educational curriculum for admission students. Reform to the educational methods of community health nursing diagnosis. Establish to the educational guidance that students can become conscious of the reason a self-satisfaction. Community health nursing diagnosis. Effect of practice. Practice program. Relationship.
