Abstract The importance of the relationship management came to be said. The essence of relationship is a relation based on the shinrai of each other, and the base to build a more long-term relation to the customer is shinrai. The one expressed in the same word of shinraisei is used in Japan and the word that shows different word in the context is used in an overseas. In this paper, the essence and the polysemy of the shinrai in a company are clarified and consideration about the reliability needed on corporate activity is performed. And structure of the value which shinraisei produces and brand building of the company as fruition of the relationship produced supported by shinraisei is considered.
