The unexpected possibilities for the use in scientific studies and technology offer the so-called self-affin structures on the surface of semiconductor plate. The authors carried out a study of the behavior of silicic plate with the self-affin structure from the annular deepenings formed on its surface. The computer model, based on the phenomenon of the polarization of charges as a result of interaction of the material of plate with the electromagnetic radiation, was used for this.
