2 PMI および PMI 日本支部への貢献所信 ( 次期 ) 環境の変化 ( 政治 経済 社会 技術 ) に伴い どの組織においても変革をもとめられており それも迅速に行っていかなければなりません また 最近では 組織内部だけではなく 社会貢献を意識している組織も多くなってきました この変革や社会貢献を実現するために プロジェクトマネジメントは組織にとって重要なケイパビリティであり 組織の基盤となります PMI は プロジェクトマネジメント プログラムマネジメント ポートフォリオマネジメントなどの様々な標準を提供していますが 未だプロジェクトマネジメントのみを導入している組織が多く ビジネスゴールに有効に貢献できていません よって 組織が PPP の重要性を理解して 自組織に適したプロジェクトマネジメントを導入する必要があります また プロジェクトを成功に導くためには プロジェクトマネジャーが活動の範囲を拡げて 強力なリーダーシップを発揮する必要があります 私は会員の皆様が適切なプロジェクトマネジメント (PPP) の導入を支援できる PMI 日本支部を目指し 社会 組織 個人に貢献したいと思います そのためには PMI が保持しているプロジェクトマネジメントのナレッジの展開 研究会活動の活性化 会員が参加し易い場の提供等を実施していきます Commitment for next term In order to respond to changes in the environment (politics, economics, society, technology), any organization has been asked for change and we must also do it quickly.recently, not only inside the organization but also organizations that are conscious of social contribution have increased.project management is an important capability for the organization, and it is the foundation of the organization to realize this change and social contribution. PMI provides various standards such as project management, program management, portfolio management, etc. However, many organizations that still implement only project management have not contributed effectively to business goals.therefore, organizations need to understand the importance of PPP and implement project management suitable for their organization.also, in order to lead the project to success, it is necessary for the project manager to expand the range of activities and to demonstrate strong leadership. I will contribute to society, organization, individuals, with the aim of becoming PMI Japan chapter where members can support appropriate project management (PPP) introduction.we will provide PMI's project management knowledge, revitalize the study group, and offer places where members can easily participate. 4 PMI 日本支部戦略へのコミットメント ( 上位 3 視点 ) Commitment to PMI Japan Strategy (top Three) 1 活動基盤の視点 環境の変化に伴い どの組織においても変革が重要であり プロジェクトマネジメントの整備が必要となります PMI 日本支部はその基盤作りの役割を担っており PMI 日本支部は新しいトレンドを取り入れ 継続的改善をしていかなければなりません このために私が実施することは以下になります 1. 組織の拡大会員数の増加 各種団体との連携などの活動枠の拡大 PgMP/PfMP などの資格者数の増加 事例 / ナレッジの増加を促進する 2. 組織のマネジメント強化 PMI 日本支部の拡大にともない それに対応できる組織が必要になります そのためにはガバナンスを含めて 各プロセスの品質を上げていきます 3. ステークホルダー満足度の向上 PMI の基盤となるのはステークホルダーであり ステークホルダーの満足度を上げていく活動を行います Activity Platform Perspective Every organization needs to change in order to respond to changes in the environment,and maintaing project management promote change.pmi Japan Chapter has a role to support its foundation and PMI Japan Chapter has to incorporate new trends and make continuous improvements.i will do the following. 1.Expansion of PMI Japan Chapter Increase the number of members, expand activities such as cooperation with various organizations, increase the number of qualified persons such as PgMP / PfMP, promote case study / knowledge increase 2.Strengthen organization's management ability we need an organization that can respond to expansion of PMI Japan Chapter.So we will improve the quality of each process including governance. 3.Improvement of stakeholder satisfaction The foundation of PMI is a stakeholder.we will implement activities to improve the satisfaction of stakeholders. 2 プロセスの視点 PMI 日本支部が会員の皆様に信頼される組織となるためには 会員への価値提供とガバナンスの強化が必要です PMI 日本支部は 中期 3 か年計画において 27 個の施策を立案しており これらを確実に遂行することが組織の成長につながり ステークホルダーへの利益になります 今後 これらの施策に対して PMI の新標準やプラクティスガイドを利用し PMI 日本支部の戦略を実現するためのプロセスを強化したいと思います この活動はプロセスの強化だけでなく 新標準の実証を行う良い機会であり この結果を会員に展開していきたいと思います Process Perspective PMI Japan can be a trusted organization by providing the value to members and strengthening governance. The PMI Japan Chapter has 27 measures in the medium-term three-year plan, ensuring that these will lead to organizational growth and benefit to stakeholders. I would like to strengthen the process for realizing the PMI Japan Chapter's strategy by using PMI's new standards and practice guides against these measures. This activity is a good opportunity to demonstrate not only the strengthening of process but also the new standard, and I would like to develop this result to members.
5 3 ステークホルダーの視点 Stakeholder Perspective PMI 日本支部は 会員 REP 各種団体 PMI などのステークホルダーに支えられながら活動をしております これらのステークホルダーとの関係性をより強固なものとするために ステークホルダーの満足度を上げる施策を行います 会員に対するサービス増強 REP へのビジネス機会に関する施策立案 各種団体への PMI 資産の紹介 提供 日本 アジア地域における PMI のプレゼンス向上また これらの施策のためにステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションを強化していきます PMI Japan chapter is active while being supported by stakeholders such as members, REPs, various organizations, PMI and others.in order to further strengthen the relationship with these stakeholders, we will take measures to increase the satisfaction of them. -Service enhancement for members -Measures on business opportunities for REP -Introduction and provision of PMI assets to other organizations -Improve PMI's presence in Japan and Asia For these measures, we will strengthen communication with our stakeholders.
6 PMI 日本支部活動拡大および活動充実へのコミットメント Commitment to PMI Japan Chapter's Enlargement and fulfilling of activities X 支部会員増強 支部会員増強は以下のように考え 対応していきたいと思います 1. 現会員の継続個人会員の方は PMP 受験時に PMI に入会する方が多く 資格取得後にいかに会員を継続して頂くかが重要です そのためには PMP 資格 (PDU) 以上の価値を会員に提供する必要があり 個人会員が本当に必要なものが何かを調査し PMI および PMI 日本支部の資産の活用 新規サービスの開発等を行っていきます 2. 新規会員の増加様々な分野の方に PMI の存在を知って頂き 新会員の参加を促進します 他の関連団体との連携 ( 会員の交流 ナレッジのシェアなど ) 各年代 女性が参加しやすい場の提供 IT 以外の業種へのアプローチ Strengthening Chapter Membership I would like to consider and respond to Strengthening Chapter Membership as follows. 1.Current member's Most individual members will join the PMI when they take the PMP exam.therefore, it is necessary to have the members continue after acquiring qualifications.we need to provide members with more value than PMP qualifications (PDU).We will investigate what the individual member really needs, and will utilize the assets of the PMI and PMI Japan Chapter, develop new services, etc. 2.Increase of new members We will introduce PMI to various fields and promote participation in new members. -Collaboration with other related organizations (exchanges of members, share of knowledge, etc.) -Offering a place where each age and women are easy to participate -Approach to industries outside of IT Y 法人スポンサー増強 私が以前勤めていた企業においても法人スポンサーに参加させて頂いておりました 参加の目的としては ビジネスを成長させるためのプロジェクトマネジメント力の強化 であり 標準テンプレートの開発 ケースメソッドによる PM 教育 他社へのベンチ マーク などを法人スポンサーを通して実施することができました 各法人スポンサーはそれぞれの目的をもって参加されており PMI 日本支部として真摯に対応する必要があります 法人スポンサーを増強するにあたり 以下を実施していきます 1. 現法人スポンサーにおける参加目的と提供サービスのマッチング度を上げ 満足度をさらに向上をさせていきます 2.PMI の価値 および現法人スポンサーの活動事例を訴求し 多くの新規スポンサーに参加して頂けるよう努めます Strengthening Corporate Membership The company I worked for before joined the Corporate Membership.The purpose of participation was strengthen project management to grow business. We developed the PM template, educated the PMs by the case method, and implemented benchmarks with other companies through the Corporate Membership. Each corporate membership is participating with each purpose and it is necessary to seriously deal with the PMI Japan branch.in order to strengthen the corporate membership, we will implement the following. 1. We will raise the degree of matching between the participation purpose and the provided service in the current corporate membership and improve their satisfaction. 2.We propose the value of PMI and the case examples of current corporate membership so that a new organization will participate in corporate membership.
7 Z 活動充実への貢献 会員の皆様が充実した活動ができるようになるためには それなりの場や環境が必要と考えます そのためには以下を実施していきます 1. 提供される情報の更なる充実すでに PMI の情報の日本語化による提供などのサービスは始まっておりますが 事例等の会員が必要な情報を更に充実させ タイムリーに展開していきます 2. 交流の場の提供研究会等に加え 個人会員の方が参加し易い場を設け 交流の機会を増やしていきます 特に組織内でプロジェクトマネジメントに関して 他社の事例を参考にしたい場合があるかと思います その際にベストプラクティスを持つ組織に訪問してベンチマーキングができる機会の提供なども実施していきます Contributiion to Fulfilling of Activities In order for the members' activities to be satisfied, we think that a place and an environment are necessary.for that, I would like to do the following. 1.Enhancement of information to be provided The information of PMI has already been translated and the service to provide is starting. Furthermore, I would like members to develop necessary information like case studies and develop them in a timely fashion. 2.Offering a place of communication In addition to the study group, I will set up a place where members can easily participate and increase communication opportunities. Especially, I think that there are cases where the organization wants to refer to the case study of another company regarding project management.therefore, we will also provide opportunities to visit organizations with best practices for benchmarking.
