1 30 Application Documents for Admission Fee Exemption for Academic Year (AY) Students who wish to apply for admission fee exemption should carefully read the document completion guidelines and other instructions and submit application forms, certificates, etc. by the specified deadline (i.e. within the admission period); for submission by mail, documents should arrive within the same period. (For submission of any certificate that cannot be issued by the application deadline, consult with the Student Support Division of the Student Affairs Department at the time the application is made.) Concerning submission of any missing document, individual instructions will be given at a later date by the Student Support Division of the Student Affairs Department. Applicants will be granted a postponement of their admission fee payment until a decision regarding exemption is made. Those who are not approved for exemption or qualify for a half exemption should either make their payment within 14 days from the date of the decision or apply for deferred payment of admission fee. A decision on exemption status will be notified by mail in mid-may 2018 (mid-november for students enrolling in October). Applicants should submit, along with application documents, an 82-stamped return envelope (size: JIS N3, 120 x 235 mm) bearing their (the student's) name and address (which can guarantee fail-safe mail delivery)
