9 鎌倉大仏殿高徳院 鎌倉大仏って? 露坐の大仏 として名高い高徳院の本尊 国宝銅造阿弥陀如来坐像である 像高はおよそ 11.3m 重量はおよそ 121t を測るこの仏像は 規模こそ奈良東大寺の大仏 ( 盧舎那仏 ) には及ばないが ほぼ造立当初の像容を保ち 我が国の仏教芸術史上ひときわ重要な価値を有している 北条得宗家の正史 吾妻鏡 によれば その造立が開始されたのは 1252( 建長 4) 年 制作には僧浄光が勧進した浄財が当てられたとも伝えられている もっとも 創建当時の事情には不明な部分が多く 未だ尊像の原型作者すら特定されるに至っていない 当初尊像を収めていた堂宇については 太平記 と 鎌倉大日記 に 1334( 建武元 ) 年および 1369( 応安 2) 年の大風と 1498( 明応 7) 年の大地震によって損壊に至ったとの記録を見いだすことができる 以後 露坐となり荒廃が進んだ尊像は 江戸中期 浅草の商人野島新左衛門 ( 泰祐 ) の喜捨を得た祐天 養国の手で復興をさせた 尊像の鋳掛修復に着手し 清浄泉寺高徳院 と称する念仏専修の寺院を再興 当時 浄土宗関東十八檀林の筆頭であった光明寺の 奥之院 に位置づけたのも 祐天の事績にほかならない 今日 創建 750 年余を経た尊像は 仏教東伝の象徴として 国内外 宗派の別を問わず数多の仏教徒の信仰を集めている 拝観時間午前 8 時 ~ 午後 5 時 30 分までで 入場は閉門 15 分前まで ただし 大仏胎内拝観時間は午前 8 時 ~ 午後 4 時 30 分であり 入場は閉門 10 分前まで 御朱印受付時間 ( 寺務所 ) 午前 8 時 午後 4 時 30 分 ( 通年 ) 拝観料一般 200 円 * 大仏胎内の拝観料は 1 名当たり 20 円 注意点 飲食は大仏像の正面 および台座付近ではお控えください また食べ歩きは他の参拝者のご迷惑になりますのでご遠慮ください お帰りの際はゴミを持ち帰りください 境内には段差のある箇所もあります 境内は 全面禁煙です 参考 : 鎌倉大仏殿高徳院 HP
10 長谷寺 (Hasedera) 1. 概観長谷寺は 736 年に創立した浄土宗系統の寺院であり 藤原不比等の息子である藤原房前が 奈良県桜井市の長谷寺を創った徳道上人を招いて創らせたと言われている ただし 建物は関東大震災等によって何度も建て替えられており 現在の観音堂 ( 本堂 ) も 1986 年に再建されたものである 長谷寺の中では 本尊の銅造十一面観音懸仏と梵鐘が重要文化財に指定されている 本尊の十一面観音は高さ 9.18m で 木造の仏像では日本最大級である また 鐘楼にある梵鐘は新しく造られたもので 鎌倉時代のものは観音ミュージアムに保管されている 寺の中心には本堂である観音堂があり その右手に阿弥陀堂が位置する 阿弥陀堂には高さ 2.8m の阿弥陀如来像が安置されているが これは廃寺となった誓願寺の本尊だったもので 鎌倉六阿弥陀 の一つである 2. 見どころまず山門を進むと庭園があり 妙智池と放生池の周囲を散策できる 園内は四季折々の花や木に彩られるが 特に 6 月が見頃で アジサイや花菖蒲を楽しむことができる また 放生池の近くには弘法大師参籠の地と伝わる弁天窟があり その名にちなみ窟内壁面には弁財天とその眷属である十六童子が彫られている その先には地蔵堂 阿弥陀堂 観音堂が続く 観音堂が建つ平地には 見晴らし台が設けられ 鎌倉の海や長谷の町並みから 三浦半島までを見渡すことができる また 受付近くには 写経 写仏が体験できる書院があり 体験は毎日受け付けているようである 最後に 長谷寺は坂東三十三箇所第四番の寺である 御朱印帳を持っている人は貰うと良いだろう 参考 : 長谷寺 HP ( 長谷寺の全景 鎌倉市 HP ( 鎌倉観光協会 HP( トラベルマーカー HP (
11 鶴岡八幡宮 Turugaoka Hachiman Shrine 古都 鎌倉の中心部に位置する鶴岡八幡宮 武家源氏 鎌倉武士の守護神 その歴史は康平 6 年 (1063 年 ) 源頼義が源氏の守り神として由比郷鶴岡に京都の石清水八幡宮を勧請したことから始まりである 後に源頼朝が現在の地へ遷し 鶴岡若宮と称したのが現在の鶴岡八幡宮 鎌倉幕府から篤く信仰された鶴岡八幡宮は 広く武門の神 勝利の神 国家鎮護の神として崇敬を集めることとなったのである 当宮への信仰を背景に鎌倉を中心として興った質実剛健の気風は その後 武士道 に代表される日本人の精神性の基調となりました そんな歴史的背景はもちろんのこと 鎌倉の街を貫く参道 大臣山を背に負って堂々とたたずむ姿は 古くから 鎌倉の象徴 であったことを感じさせます 現在の御本殿は 文政 11 年 (1828) 江戸幕府 Tsurugaoka Hachimangu is the most important Shinto shrine in the city of Kamakura, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. The shrine is at the geographical and cultural center of the city of Kamakura, and it is also the venue of many of most important festivals. This shrine was originally built in 1063 as a branch of Iwashimizu Shrine, and it dedicated to the Emperor Ōjin, his mother Empress Jingu and his wife Hime-gami. Minamoto no Yoritomo, the founder of the Kamakura shogunate, moved it to its present location in 1191 and invited Hachiman to reside in the new location to protect his government. 12 江島神社 江島神社は, 神奈川県藤沢市江の島にある神社である 日本三大弁財天を奉る江島神社は 田寸津比賣命を祀る 辺津宮 市寸島比賣命を祀る 中津宮 多紀理比賣命を祀る 奥津宮 の三社からなる御社である 1. 辺津宮朱の鳥居から石段を上り約 3~5 分 田寸津比賣命をお祀りしている 高低差のある江の島では 一番下に位置していることから 下之宮 ( しものみや ) とも呼ばれ 神社でのご祈祷は主にこちらでご奉仕される 拝殿前の巾着の形をした珍しい賽銭箱は 相模彫りと言われる独特の彫り物で 地元の商店によって奉納されたものである 2. 中津宮辺津宮から歩いて約 5 分 市寸島比賣命をお祀りしています 度々の改修により 元禄二年当時の朱色が鮮明な社殿を再現 中津宮へ続く参道の両側には 江戸歌舞伎 市村座 と 中村座 が奉献した一対の石燈籠があり 昭和六十年 (1985 年 ) には燈籠奉献二百年を記念して音羽屋七代目がしだれ梅を植樹 歌舞伎役者の手形も残されている 3. 奥津宮中津宮から歩いて約 10 分 島内にある三つのお宮 ( 奥津宮 中津宮 辺津宮 ) には 三姉妹の女神様が祀られ ここ奥津宮には一番上の姉神の 多紀理比賣命が祀られている 拝殿天井には 八方睨みの亀 が描かれ 奥津宮に向かって右側の燈籠には竜宮の乙姫 左側の燈籠には亀に乗った浦島太郎が精巧に掘り出されている 参考 :
13 鎌倉高校前〇アニメのオープニングに使われた踏切と海の景色そんな江ノ電の停車駅に 台湾をはじめとした訪日客の方を中心に知られている 少し変わった人気スポットがあります 鎌倉高校前 という駅にある踏切です 日本の人気アニメ SLAM DUNK のオープニングのモデルとなっている景色なのです 休日ともなると多くの人が訪れ 写真撮影をする人が途切れません SLAM DUNK とは 1990 年代に少年漫画誌で連載された 高校バスケットボールを題材にした少年漫画です 神奈川県の不良高校生 桜木花道がバスケットボールに夢中になっていくストーリーはもちろん 個性的なキャラクターたちに 多くの人たちが夢中になりました 後に TV アニメ化され 日本だけでなく 中国 台湾などでも放映されています 一部の海外でも知られているアニメなのです その先には 海 線路 踏切と アニメ と同じ光景が スラムダンクを見たことがある人なら おなじみの光景にテンションが上がります 日本でテレビ放映されていたのは 1990 年代 放映が終了して約 20 年経つのにもかかわらず この駅近くの踏切で写真を撮る人が後を絶ちません 〇アクセス 鎌倉高校前 へのアクセスは 江ノ電の藤沢駅から 16 分 運賃は 260 円です ちなみに東京や上野方面から藤沢駅へ行くには JR 東海道線 新宿や池袋方面からは小田急線が便利です また 鎌倉駅から鎌倉高校前までの所用時間は 18 分 運賃は同じ 260 円です また この鎌倉高校前は スラムダンク以外のアニメの舞台になったり 日本で人気の音楽ユニット ゆず をはじめとしたアーティストのプロモーションビデオに使われたりしています さらに 1997 年には 運輸省 ( 現在の国土交通省 ) で公募 選考された関東の駅百選にも選ばれているんです
14 Crossing of the railroad crossing and sea used for opening of animation There is a popular spot a little unusual which is known mainly to visitors of Taiwan and other visitors at such a station of Enoden railway. It is a railway crossing at the station called "Kamakura High School". It is the scenery which is the model of the opening of Japan's popular animation "SLAM DUNK". As a holiday comes, many people visit, people taking photographs are not interrupted. "SLAM DUNK" is a boy's manga that was serialized in a boys 'manga magazine in the 1990' s, a high school basketball theme.
