11 5. 品質保証条 5. Requirements: 5.1 製品認定試験 A. 試料選定コネタコンタト該当取扱説明書従っ作成準備さこ試料現行生産システム無作為抽出選定さこ B. 試験序品質確認検査 Fig.3 示序試験を実施性能要件を確こ C. 試験条件特指定い場合下記示環境条件性能試験を行う 5.1 Qualification Testing: A. Sample Selection: Connector housings and contacts shall be prepared in accordance with applicable Instruction Sheets. They shall be selected at random from current production. B. Test Sequence: Qualification inspection shall be verified by Testing samples as specified in Figure 3. C. When product failure occurs,corrective action shall be taken and samples resubmitted for qualification. Testing to confirm corrective action is required before resubmittal. 5.4 Quality Conformance Inspection: The applicable TE quality inspection plan will specify the sampling acceptable quality level to be used. Dimensional and functional requirements shall be in accordance with the applicable product drawing and this specification. Rev. E 11 of 11
