Each magazine has individually ideal fashion, which seems s to be e expressed in different words. Therefore, it is assumed that there is a difference in thee word-frequency for each fashion magazine. Besides, women change magaziness to read according to age, which make the word-frequency of magazines they read vary with age. In this study, we tried to express the transition of word-frequency for fashion magazines women like to read according to age using network diagramm with arrows. 1. はじめに市場規模マップによると 2014 年の国内ファッッション ( アパレル ) 総小売市市場規模は 9.3 兆円であり, 百貨店市場 6.2 兆円, 家電小売市場 7.4 兆円を超超えて医療用医薬薬品市場 10 兆円, コンビニ市場 9.4 兆円にならぶ巨大大市場である [1]. そのファッション市市場に多大な影響響を与えているのがファッション誌である. ファッション雑誌を含めた出版雑雑誌市場規模模は, 国内ファッション総小売売市場規模 9.3 兆円に対し 9 千億円と 1/10 程度となっており決決して大きくないが,[2] によると, 女性の約半数が女女性ファッション 誌を購読しており, そのうち 30% の女性が流行ののファッションを知るために女性ファッション誌を購購読している. 各雑誌はそれぞれ独自の理想とするファッションがあり, それらを表現する言葉は異なるる. ゆえに各ファッション紙紙面上の言葉葉の出現比には違いがあると考考えられる. そして女性性は年齢に応じ愛読する雑誌を変遷させていくことから, 女性が年年齢に応じ読んでいく雑誌に現れる言葉葉の出現比は変変化していくと思思われる. 本発表では, 女性が年年齢に応じ愛愛読するファッシ ョン雑誌の単単語出現比の変遷を, 矢印を使ったネネットワーク図を用いて図示示することを試みる. まず, 愛読雑誌変遷遷を問うアンケートの結結果から愛読雑雑誌変遷ネットワーク図を作作成する. 続いて雑誌内容容から各雑誌の出出現単語を取取得し, 言葉葉の出現比変化化を矢印を用いネットワーク図として表表す. 2. 女性が愛愛読していくファッション誌単 語出出現比変遷遷 ネットワーク図の作成 2.1 女性が読む雑誌の変遷 のネットワー ク図図作成 女性が愛読読していくファッション誌誌単語出現比 変遷遷 ネットワーク図の作成成の前準備として 女性 が読読む雑誌の変変遷 のネットワーク図を作成する. そのために, まず, アンケートでこれまで読んでで いた雑誌の組合合せの時間変化化を回答してもらう.200 代女女性にファッション誌 誌のタイトルを示し, 同時時期に読んでいた雑誌をハイフン (-) でまとめ, さらに, それらを, かなり前前 前 少し前 現在の ように時間の流流れに沿って矢矢印 ( ) で結んでもら った.( 例 ). アンケートは 2014 年 9 月に 201 人の女性に対対しウェブ上で行い,1899 人の有効回答を得た.189 人人のうち 51 人に愛読雑 誌の変遷が見られなかったことから, 実質 138 人の 回答答がネットワーク図作成に貢献したことになる. 年齢齢毎の回答者者数を図 1 に示示す. 図 1 各年齢のアンケンケート回答者者数 429
2 質問は, ああなたが過去去から現在まで読んでいたことのある雑誌誌を回答してください ただし 1. 回答には下記リストの雑誌誌と対応する番号とカッコでお答えください 2. 同時期に読んでいた雑誌はハイフン (-)) で結んでください その場合 順番ははどのような順番番でもかまいません 3. かなり過去去に読んでいた雑雑誌群 少し過去に読んでいた雑雑誌群 現在在読んでいる雑誌群 のよように矢印 ( ) で結んで 読読んでいた雑雑誌の時間変変化を表現してください ととした. 続いてアンケート回答答結果を統計計処理し, ネットワーク図に描描画する矢印印を定める. ここで行われる統計処理は以以下の流れで行う. 図 2 女性性が読む雑誌のの変遷回数のの数え方 I. 直前に読読まれていた雑誌 と その直後に読読まれていた雑誌 の回回答数を数える. グループ A グルーープ B という回答の場合, グループ A の各要素とグループ B 各要素の全組組合せに +1 カウントする. 例えばグループ A={ {A1-A2-A3}, グループ B={B1-B2} } だった場合,A1 B1, を + +1, A1 B2 を +1,A2 B1 を +1,A2 B2 を + +1, A3 B1 を +1,A3 B2 を +1( 図 2) II. 直前に読読まれていた雑誌 と その直後に読読まれていた雑誌 の全てての組み合わせの回答数から, 全ての組組み合わせの 雑誌 を読読むのをやめた直後に雑誌 を読み始めた確率 を求める III. 各 を読読むのをやめた直後に雑雑誌 を読み始始めた確率 の の値がある一一定以上の組組み合わせを矢矢印で結ぶ. 本稿では 0.1 以上の雑誌 から雑誌 に向かい矢矢印を引く. 図 3 1 割以上がが遷移した場場合に矢印をを引いた場合 の 女性が読読む雑誌の変遷遷 のネットトワーク図 さらに得られれたネットワーークをシンプルにするために, 図 3 を図 4 のようにショートカットを省略す る. またさらに図 5 で示すような条件にあてはまる強い関係がみられる雑誌間の矢印は赤い太い矢印で示すことにする. その結果得得られたものが図 6 である. 結果として得られた 女性が読む雑誌の変遷 のネットワーク図を図 3 に示す. 図 4 ショートカカットの省略 430
3 MORE の 14 誌とし, 最終的に単語出現比を流れに したがい見ていく. 単語出現比取得の流れは以下の 通りとする. I. 各雑誌をスキャンする.1 年を 4 分割するとファッション誌が比較的売れるのは 1 月,2 月, 3 月号と期間と 7 月,8 月,9 月号の期間であるらしい. そこで本発表では各雑誌の 2014 年 図 5 赤矢印条件 1 月,2 月,3 月号特集ページのみを対象とする. 特集ページは 最も大きな見出しでタイトルが書かれている記事 かまたは いくつかの節に分割されている記事 と定義する. スキャン設定は 400dpi でグレースケールとした. II. 文字認識ソフト ( 読取革命 ) に各雑誌の特集ペ ージを読み込ませる. もちろん認識不能, 認識 誤りは頻繁に起こる. III. 文字認識ソフトから出力されたテキストファ 図 6 ショートカットを省略し強関係を赤太矢印で示した 女性が読む雑誌の変遷 ネットワーク図 2014 年 1 月の時点で PS(Pretty Style),PINKY, Cawaii!, ラブベリー,egg,(3 月にも JILLE) が休刊または廃刊になっている. これらを考慮に入れて図 6 の赤太矢印を見ると,1)Zipper ViVi JJ sweet,2)seda SPRiNG Fudge sweet という 2 つの流れのまとまり,3)Popteen Ray CanCam MORE, 4 ) Popteen Ray with MORE という 2 つの流れのまとまりが確認できる. さらに, 上記 2 つの流れに途中で分岐する mini Fudge,mini CanCam と,1) から 4) に分岐する ViVi with が見られる. これら 2 つの変遷を見ていくことにする. 2.1 各ファッション誌上の単語出現比取得 続いて各ファッション誌の単語出現比を取得する. 対象ファッション誌は 2 つの変遷の流れに含まれる Zipper,ViVi,JJ,sweet,SEDA,JILLE,SPRiNG, Fudge,Popteen,Ray,mini,CanCam,with, イルを形態素解析ソフト茶筅にかける. 形態素解析ソフトには前もってファッション用語を辞書登録しておく. IV. 品詞ごとに特徴的な単語の出現比率を求める. 単位は 1 月 2 月 3 月合計とする. 最終的に 2.1 で作成した 女性が読む雑誌の変遷のネットワーク図 の上に, 得られた単語出現比から作成した 各ファッション誌の単語出現比グラフ を記入する. 3. 得られた 女性が愛読していくファッション誌単語出現比変遷 ネットワーク図得られた ファッション誌単語出現比変遷 ネットワーク図を示す. 図 7 は特徴的な形容詞の単語出現比変遷ネットワーク, 図 8 は色を表す単語出現比変遷ネットワーク, 図 9 は成熟を表す単語出現比変遷ネットワークとなっている. 図 10 はファッションアイテムを表す単語出現比変遷ネットワークとなっている. 431
4 図 7 形容詞の単語出現比変遷ネットワーク 図 7 を見ると女性ファッション誌で用いられる形容詞は概ね かわいい が最も比率が高く, 続いて 甘い が高いといえる. 特に 甘い が高い 流れとして Zipper ViVi JJ sweet がある 甘い. が少し高く安定して かわいい が比較的高い 流れとして Popteen Ray (CanCam,with) MORE がある. さらに 程よい が若干高い JILLE SPRiNG Fudge の流れ, うれしい が若干高い SPRiNG Fudge sweet の流れ, 女らしい が若干高い ViVi JJ sweet の流れ, 欲しい が若干高い mini Fudge sweet の流れが見られる. 全体の流れを見ると流れ中盤で, いち早い, 早い, あたらしいという言葉を統合した 新しい の一時的上昇が見られる. 図 8 を見ると女性ファッション誌で用いられる色を表す言葉は概ね 白 が最も多く続いて 黒 といえる. それらに加え ピンク や 赤 グレー が高比率であるかが各誌の特徴になっているようである. 全体の流れを見ると 赤 は流れ序盤はある程度の高さがあるが, 流れが進むにつれて目立たなくなっている. 対して 青 は低比率だが安定した 高さになっている. 図 9 は, 女の子 オンナノコ ガール ガーリー ガーリッシュ 女のコ 女子 という言葉を統合した 女子, レディ 女性 という言葉を統合した 女性, 大人 おとな オトナ という言葉を統合した 大人 の出現比を見ている. 各誌は 女子 > 大人 > 女性 大人 > 女子 > 女性 大人 > 女性 > 女子 に大別される. 女子 > 大人 > 女性 は zipper,seda,jille,cancam があてはまる. 大人 > 女子 > 女性 は ViVi,JJ,SPRiNG,mini, Ray,with があてはまる. 大人 > 女性 > 女子 は sweet, Fudge,MORE があてはまる.3 タイプにあてはまらない雑誌として 女子 > 女性 > 大人 にあてはまる Popteen がある.Popteen では 大人 に対応する言葉は見られなかった. 全体の流れを見ると変遷は, 女子 > 大人 > 女性 の雑誌 大人 > 女子 > 女性 の雑誌 大人 > 女性 > 女子 の雑誌となっているようである. 例外として mini CanCam と Ray CanCam だけ 大人 > 女子 > 女性 の雑誌から 女子 > 大人 > 女性 の雑誌への変遷となっている. 432

6 図 10 ファッションアイテムを表す単語出現比変遷ネットワーク 図 10 ではファッションアイテムを表す単語出現比を表しているが, 出現比 5% 未満のものはまとめて 他 の項目で表している. 図 10 を見るとほぼ全雑誌で共通して 靴 の比が非常に高い. バッグ も Zipper,JILLE,Popteen 以外では非常に高い比をとっている. 衣服 で多くの雑誌で高い比を取っているアイテムは スカート コート シャツ となっている. コート に関しては 1 月 2 月 3 月号が発売される季節はみんな防寒着を着ることから雑誌でも話題にされるためといえる. 流れを見てみると パンツ の出現が長く続いている JILLE SPRiNG Fudge sweet といった流れと, ネックレス の出現が続いている Popteen Ray CanCam MORE といった流れが確認できる. 全体的に流れは最終的に 靴 バッグ スカート パンツ がともに 5% 以上含まれた状態に落ち着くようである. 4. まとめ女性が年齢に応じ愛読するファッション雑誌の単語出現比の変遷を, 矢印を使ったネットワーク図を 用いて図示することを試みた. 得られた結果では, 変遷にともなう赤という単語の他の色に対する出現比減少 新しさを表す形容詞の流れ中盤での一時的上昇 女子を表す言葉, 大人を表す言葉, 女性を表す言葉の出現比変化 5% 以上含まれることになるファッションアイテムを表す単語の組み合わせ安定化 が見られた. また, 変遷元雑誌と変遷先雑誌で出現比が高い単語が共通していることが多く見られた. これは変遷元雑誌と変遷先雑誌では理想とするファッションに共通性が存在し, 読者は意識できる状態か, または無意識の状態でそれを把握し, それら雑誌を読み替えていったと考えることができる. 参考文献 [1] visualizing.info, 市場規模マップ, [2] 株式会社デファクトスタンダード, 女性ファッション誌に関する独自調査, g/28263,2013 連絡先 tsuya@nike.is.dream.jp 434
