Vol.51, No.2 ( ),p.1-20 Abstract 第 51 巻第 1 号において, 著者は新技術受容の消費者行動理論を提唱したこの理論は, 経営情報システム論の領域において盛んに開発中である技術受容モデル (TAM) を, マーケティング消費者行動論の視点から精緻化した理論であった新技術受容の消費者行動理論, および, 技術受容モデルの説明対象は, コンピュータ関連製品に代表される新しい技術がユーザによって受容されたり拒否されたりするのはなぜかという論題に関連していたこれと同様の論題に古くから挑んできたのは, イノベーション普及 / 採用論であるイノベーション, すなわち, 新しい製品サービスアイディアが個々人に採用され, それゆえ, 社会に普及するのはなぜかという論題を取り扱ってきたイノベーション普及 / 採用論の知見は, これまで, マーケティング消費者行動論者たちによって大いに援用されてきた上記の拙稿においては, 技術受容モデルの鍵概念である有用性と使用容易性に関連づけて,5 つのイノベーション特性のうち, 相対的優位性と複雑性の2 つが新技術受容の消費者行動理論にモデル化されたそこで, 本稿においては, 新技術受容の消費者行動理論の適応領域の拡大を企図して, 残る3 つのイノベーション特性, すなわち, 両立性, 試用可能性, および, 可視性のモデル化を試みるまた, 5 つのイノベーション特性としては含まれてはいないものの, イノベーション普及 / 採用における鍵概念であり, 技術受容モデルにおいても開発途上において組み込まれた社会的影響についてモデル化を行う Notes 論文 Genre Journal Article URL
