Seventy four female varsity students participated in this study, after being confirmed by informed consent. The training program is composed of a series of aerobic exercise of physical education once a week of half year, involving aquabic exercise. Every time weight and percentage of body fat (% fat) were measured and were compared with the first time (T1), the middle time (T2) and the last time (T3). The target pulse (Tpz) was 60% of capacity by the using the Karvonen method. The results showed that 38 subjects had lost weight, namely 51.4% of all. The average of weight loss was 1.9 1.55kg, the data of the most weight loss was 8.3kg. About %fat 49 subjects had came down, namely 66.2%. The average of %fat was 2.1 2.02%, the data of the most %fat loss was 12.4%. Chiefly the data showed the correlation between T3 weight (y) and T1 weight (x), in the case of weight loss; y=0.8942x+3.6567, n=38, r=0.9651(p<0.05). Secondly the data showed the correlation about %fat as in the change of weight, in the case of %fat loss; y=0.7816x+3.7042, n=49, r=0.8992(p<0.05). These results were significant correlative. And so the data showed the changes of %fat (y) and weight(x) for %fat loss subjects at T1, T2 and T3 through aerobics training, T1; y=0.5691x 3.3577, n=49, r=0.7451, T2; y=0.6135x 6.6582, n=49, r=0.7320, T3; y=0.4748x+0.0161, n=49, r=0.6764(p<0.05). 93
