Abstract The Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare is improving japanese current medical issues by applying actively ICT to medical field. Mainly, improvement quality of medical examination and medication teaching, and efficiency of paperwork have been demonstrated. The purpose of this project is promote better understanding to medical care by discovering the medical care s problems and suggesting, incarnating the problem s improvement plan. Getting ability of discovering subject and analyzing problem, explaining subject are also purpose. We suggest tools using ICT to support work of medical personnels or health promotion of senior citizens and healthy people by investigating in actual medical front for achieve above purposes. We thought proporsal for settlement, improvement of problems that suggest book and literature about current medical or healthcare issues. Divided into A, B, C and D groups in accordance with each suggestion, suggestion became in demand each suggestion s target by discussion in each group and advice of advising teachers about these suggestions. As a result, suggestions are as follows. A. Expect becoming anxiety when one s family become dementia, because don t know what will happen and what should do. Therefore, suggest application relieve auxiety from dementia by experience of communications with patient dementia. B. Both sexes of 20 over years more than 70 in Japan can improve dissatisfaction that is about sleep by exercise accroding to reserch of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. Therefore, suggest tool accumulate relationship between amount of activity and sleep state, and to visualize these relationship. C. Novice nurse have inputing of nurcing records. Therefore, suggest system support of nurcing records can give neccesary information and input support in recording work. D. Pediatric patients that don t have experience of hospitalization feel anxiety and fear because don t grasp detail of treatment and examination. Therefore, suggest application support pediatric patients become positive in regard to anxiety and fear by using original charactor at Apple Watch. After definition above suggests, we design and implement about each suggest. We proceeded to improve development product by advice of advising teachers while dicide development languages and build development environments. In addition, suggestions were improved on advice from medical personnels and scholars when visited to medical facilities or institutes.
