STEP-1 トップページの Sub mit a paper をクリック STEP-2 ログイン画面で Us er ID と Pass word を入力 初回登録画面 :1~3 の順に入力 初めての方は Reg ister here をクリックし 登録画面に進み 必要事項を入力 - 投稿用アカウントの作成 ( その後 ログイン画面に戻ってから ID/PW を入力 )
STEP-3 ログインした後 Au thor Centre をクリック STEP-4 Click here to submit an ew manuscrip t をクリックした後 指示に従って 1~7 を入力 投稿画面 :1~7 の順に入力
STEP-5 5 Details/Co mments で F ellowship Co de * を入力 * : 当社から ご購読契約をされている施設ごとに発行している登録コードで ご購読窓口のご担当者様にお知らせしています STEP-6 1~7 を正しく入力した後 Submit をクリックすれば完了

During your 12 month Fellowship period you can submit as many cases as you like, access all the published material, and re-use any published material for personal use and teaching without further permission.
