10 運賃料金の基本 10 ( 空港間の運賃料金 ) The rates are quoted from airport to airport and apply only in the direction in which they are published (From-To) ( 運送経路に無関係 ) In principle, the rates apply regardless of the flown route. They may however become influenced by the carrier s choice of routing. ( 空港間のサービスのみをカバー ) The airport to airport rates do not include additional charges such as pick-up, export and import clearance, delivery and storage charges. ( 発地国通貨建て ) Rates and charges are published in the currency of the country where the transportation starts or in US Dollars where used as local currency. The rates in local currency are to be applied for air waybill rating. (KG 当り運賃 ) The rates and charges in local currency are published per kilogram. (from the USA per kg and per lb) ( 航空運送状発行日に有効な運賃を適用 ) Rates and charges applicable to the carriage of cargo will be those in effect on the date of issuance of the air waybill by the Carrier or its authorized Agent., TACT

14 運賃料金の一般規則 General Rules of Cargo Rates and Charges 14 適用航空会社 : TACTに示された運賃と規則は TACT 参加航空会社の運送に適用する空港間の運賃料金 : 運賃料金は空港間の運送サービスのみをカバーするものでそれ以外のサービスをカバーしない輸送経路との関係 : 運賃料金は輸送経路にかかわらず同じ運賃が適用される適用される運賃 : 適用される運賃料金は航空運送状が発行される日に有効な運賃とする発地国の通貨を使用 : 発地国の通貨または米ドルで建てられた運賃を適用する運賃の端数処理 : 割増割引運賃などを計算する場合は通貨毎に定められた端数処理単位に従って処理する賃率 x 運賃適用重量 : 運賃は賃率に運賃適用重量を掛けたもの運賃適用重量は実重量と容積重量を比べて大きい方ある品目に複数の運賃が適用できる場合の優先順位は次の通り : 1. Specific Commodity Rates 2. Class Rates 3. General Cargo Rates 賃率 x 運賃適用重量で得た運賃額は最低料金を下回らないこと区間毎に定 : められた最低料金を下回ることはできない
