2 1. /TC68 の概要 (1) (International Organization for Standardization: 国際標準化機構 ) は国際的な標準化活動を行う非政府間機構 ( 本部 : ジュネーブ ) には会員団体 (member body) として各国から1 機関だけが会員資格を認められることになっており日本からは日本工業標準調査会 (JISC) が加入 (2)TC68 TC(Technical Committee)68 はの中で金融サービスの標準化を進める専門委員会 JISC の委任を受け日本銀行が国内意見のとりまとめ等を行う国内審議団体として活動 ( 事務局事務は日本銀行金融研究所情報技術研究センターが担当 ) /TC68 の下には TC68 議長をサポートするために設立された CAG(Chairman s Advisory Group) のほか 3 つの分科委員会 (Sub-Committee:SC) が設置されているまた TC68 の傘下では作業グループ (Working Group:WG) が活動中であり各担当分野において国際規格立案の審議が行われているこのほか発行済みの国際規格のうち継続的に改訂することが必要なものについては維持機関 (Maintenance Agency:MA) 登録や維持管理が必要なものについては登録管理グループ (Registration Management Group:RMG) や登録および維持管理グループ (Registration Management Maintenance Group:RMMG) が設置されているこのうち SC2 SC7 については日本銀行が SC4 については日本証券業協会がそれぞれ国内審議の事務局となっている ( 参考 ) の標準化プロジェクトの各段階と関連文書プロジェクトの段階関連文書名称略語 1. 予備段階予備業務項目 (Preliminary work item) PWI 2. 提案段階新業務項目提案 (New work item Proposal) N P 3. 作成段階作業原案 (Working Draft) W D 4. 委員会段階委員会原案 (Committee Draft) C D 5. 照会段階照会原案 (Draft International Standard) D I S 6. 承認段階最終国際規格案 (Final Draft International Standard) F D I S 7. 発行段階国際規格 (International Standard) IS 技術仕様書 (Technical Specification) TS 技術報告書 (Technical Report) TR
