For several years, we have focused on analog forms of performance in spite of accelerating innovations in information technology, which may be seen as going against the times. So, we have not only made a strong effort to present live performances by our artists but also aggressively invited excellent musicals and performances from overseas for our marketplace, including concerts by the Southern All Stars, Masaharu Fukuyama, and Porno Graffiti; the staging of Yuji Miake; the original performances of the Chikyu Gorgeous, the project unit of Goro Kishitani and Yasufumi Terawaki; and invitations for two major productions from overseas, Zingaro, and the rock musical featuring Queen hits, entitled We Will Rock You. Such a business policy is generated by our passion to provide many people with excellent, wonderful live performances that we can all share. I think live performance is one of the most universal forms of entertainment, regardless of how times may change. That is, the foundation of the entertainment business is to produce live performances applicable to the times. I am in my second year as president of Amuse. It may sound strange, but I worked as hard as a new employee last year.
