4 SUPERMIXER Demonstration of Supermixer Supermixer, a high-speed fluidizing mixer, was first produced in 1962, and 6,500 units have been delivered in Japan and overseas. At the beginning, they were used for mixing compounding agents such as stabilizers or plasticizers in the upstream process of extruders for polyvinyl chloride, and then their functionality was extended from simple mixing to a variable type by inverters and a gelation type for large-scale production in response to growing market needs. Currently, the combination with our proprietary agitating blades designed in consideration of material properties and usage, and their high-speed rotation allow mixing, dispersion, granulation, crushing, drying and surface treatment, for processes such as mixing of gum, mixing and kneading of poultice, coating of external additives of color toners, toning of pigments, dry mixing of battery material, etc., with ideal fluidizing action from side to side and up and down.
