7 ざい剤 けい形 /Type of medicine ないようやく 内用薬 /Internal medicine こなぐすり 1 粉薬 /Powder medicine みずぐすり 2 水薬 /Liquid medicine じょうざい 3 錠剤 /Tablet 4 カプセル /Capsule 5 トローチ /Lozenge がいようやく 外用薬 /External Medicine てんがんやく 1 点眼薬 /Eye drops がんなんこう 2 眼軟膏 /Eye ointment なんこう 3 軟膏 /Ointment てんびやく 4 点鼻薬 /Nasal spray ぐすり 5 うがい薬 /Gargle medicine ざやく 6 座薬 /Suppository しっぷやく 7 湿布薬 /Heat plaster きゅうにゅうやく 8 吸入薬 /Inhaling medicine ようほうようりょうせつめい 4. 用法 用量を説明します /Explanation of use and amount ようほうようりょうかならまも用法 用量は必ずお守りください /Always follow the instructions regarding use and amount. かいじょうつつみ 1 回 ( )( 錠 カプセル 包 ml)/take( )(pill, capsule, packet, ml)each time にちかい 1 日 ( ) 回 の服んでください /Take the medicine(1, 2, 3, 4)times a day あさひるゆうまえふくよう ( 朝 昼 夕 ねる前 ) に服用してください Take the medicine (in the morning, at lunchtime, in the evening, before bedtime). しょくぜんしょくごしょっかんふくよう ( 食前 食後 食間 ) に服用してください Take the medicine (Before a meal, after a meal, during the meal). じかんふくよう ( ) 時間ごとに服用してください /Take the medicine every ( ) hours. じゅうぶんみずゆの 十分な水あるいはお湯で 服んでください /Take the medicine with plenty of water. かいてきにちかいてんがん 1 回 2~3 滴を1 日 3~4 回点眼してください /Use 2 or 3 drops of eye medicine, 3 or 4 times a day. かいのにち 1 回 1 ビン服んでください (1 日 2 ビンまでです ) Take one bottle at a time (no more than 2 bottles a day). め 1 目 もみずにちすうかい盛りを 水 60ml にうすめて 1 日数回うがいしてください Dilute one measure of medicine with 60ml of water and gargle several times a day. にちかいかいじょうくちなかかとふくよう 1 日 4~5 回 1 回 1 錠を口の中で噛まずに溶かしながら服用してください Dissolve one lozenge in the mouth 4 or 5 times a day. はつねつしよう 発熱したとき使用してください /Take this medicine if you develop a fever. てきようりょうかんぶとふ 適用量を患部に塗布してください /Apply an appropriate amount on the affected area. ひつようは 必要なところに貼ってください /Place the plasters as necessary. ざやくさきふとほうこうもんそうにゅう 座薬を先の太い方から肛門に挿入してください Insert the suppository into the anus with the thick end first. 7

8 こうもんちゅうにゅう 肛門から注入してください /Use by inserting into the anus. かんぶふつ 患部に吹き付けてください /Spray onto the affected area. ほぞんほうほう 5. 保存方法について /Storage instructions たようきいかくすり 他の容器に入れ替えないようにしてください ( どんな薬かわからなくなります ) Do not transfer into another container. (you will not know what the medicine is) ちょくしゃにっこうさすずほかん 直射日光を避け なるべく涼しいところに保管してください Store in a cool place out of direct sunlight. こてとどほかん 子どもの手の届かないところに保管してください /Store out of children s reach. ふくさよう 6. 副作用などについて /Information on side-effects くすりのねむくるまうんてんきかいそうささ この薬を服んで眠くなることがありますので 車の運転や機会の操作は避けてください May cause drowsiness- avoid driving a car or operating machinery after use. くすりのたしょう この薬を服むと多少 いあ胃が荒れるかもしれません May cause slight stomach troubles. まれはっしんしょくよくふしんおしんおおふくよう 希に 発疹 食欲不振 悪心 めまいが起こることがあります もし起こったら服用をちゅうしいしやくざいしそうだんくだ中止して すぐ医師 薬剤師に相談して下さい Rarely may cause rashes, loss of appetite, nausea, and dizziness. If any of these symptoms occur, consult your doctor or pharmacist. にょういろきいろしんぱい 尿の色が黄色くなることがありますが 心配ありません May cause a change in urine colour. This is nothing to worry about. 8
