1 A Study on Feeding Behavior and Food Environment in Female College Students 抄録 : 食環境の変化がその食行動に及ぼす影響について検討を試みた 食環境が変化した女子学生の食行動は 実家暮らしの学生と比較して 望ましい食行動へ改善されることは少なく 問題となる食行動が増加する傾向にあることが確認された 入学後に食環境が著しく変わる女子学生については 健康的な学生生活を創造するために必要な食行動が実施 継続できるよう 栄養 食生活面における支援の必要性を認めた Summary: The effects of changes in food environment on dietary behavior were investigated. It was found that the dietary behavior of female college students with changed food environments tended to include few improvements toward desirable dietary behaviors and have an increase in problematic dietary behaviors compared with students living at home. For female college students whose food environment changes dramatically after entering college, nutritional and dietary support is needed so that they can adapt and continue dietary behaviors necessary to create a healthy college life. キーワード : 食環境 食行動 実家暮らし 一人暮らし 学生寮暮らし 女子学生 Key words:food environment, dietary behavior, living at home, living alone, living in a dormitory, female college students
