Swing Ball series SWB/SWE Indexable Ball Nose End Mill SWB TYPE Features The most suitable inserts from raw material to welding material. For high efficiency and longer tool life. Smooth and calm cutting and low cutting forces at higher feed rates. Cutting forces reduced by % compared with conventional type. This is achieved by use of a positive style insert with chipbreaker groove and edge notches. Double insert design gives the cutter a smooth cutting action and excellent production. By providing sub chip pocket at spiral nose R-portion to eject chips smoothly and improves crack-resistance (except for semi-finishing insert -H type).
