Through the development of e-learning Support Service since 2012, nineteen training programs have used the service and we have been enhancing the functionality of Sakai using Support tool to provide additional functionality Sakai doesn t have. In this paper, we describe the detailed experiences and challenges of e-learning Support Service since 2012, focusing on the implementation using Sakai.
