1 NPO 法人日本心不全ネットワークの設立経緯と我々が行う活動の概要 NPO 法人日本心不全ネットワークは 2007 年から行われた日本最大の急性心不全疫学研究 (ATTEND registry) の運営組織であるアテンド研究会を母体として 2014 年 9 月 1 日に NPO 法人として承認設立されました 当法人は 学閥を超え 真摯に心不全診療の改善と発展を願った熱き有志の集まりであり 会員の会費と寄附により民間性を保ち活動を開始しました 皆さま お一人おひとりのご寄附で 下記事業を推進し 心不全の啓発から臨床 基礎研究まで広く心不全医療に貢献したいと思っております ご協力いただきますよう お願いいたします NPO 法人日本心不全ネットワークの主な事業 啓発活動 ² 一般市民から医師 看護師などの医療関係者を対象とした心不全啓発 教育セミナーや特別講演会の企画 実施 第一弾として 医療関係者を対象として 国際うっ血サミット を開催予定 心不全の最大の標的である うっ血 をテーマにその病態 評価法から治療までを深く 議論し啓発していくことを目的として開催 ² ホームページによる心不全啓発活動 ATTEND 研究会の HP を引き継ぎ 心不全の一般市民への心不全啓発活動を継続していきます ( 年内に NPO 法人日本心不全ネットワークの HP としてリニューアル致します ) ² 患者 家族会設立支援 心不全を患われている皆さんでお互いにコミュニケーションを取られることは極めて 重要なことであると考え 日本各地でのその設立に関して支援を行っていきます ² 心不全関連アプリケーション作成 心不全とは? 等々心不全に関するわかりやすいアプリケーションの作成を行い 積極的に啓発活動を行っていきます
2 若手心不全医師育成活動 (Mentorship program) ² 日本国内の心不全に興味のある若手循環器医を対象とした Northwestern 大学への短期留学助成 ( 心不全の世界的権威の Mihai Gheorghiade 教授によるデータ解析 論文作成から心不全身体所見の取り方まで直接指導をうけることができます ). 本企画は フランス イタリア留学と拡大予定 研究活動 ATTEND registry から得られた研究成果を基に新たな臨床研究のみならず 基礎研究も積極的に計画していきます また ATTEND データベースを基に希望する情報に関する解析も受け付けています ぜひ 事務局に問い合わせください 臨床研究 心腎貧血に関する研究 :ATTEND registry による研究成果 ( 以下参照 ) を基に 国内での心不全における心腎貧血症候群に関する臨床研究 * 他 2 編投稿中. 在宅医による心不全登録研究肺高血圧症を中心とする右心不全に関して その病態 重症度評価のための新規バイオマーカーの開発研究 GREAT NETWORK との共同研究 GREAT-BIO 研究 ( ロッシュジャパン支援による研究 ) を東京 CCU ネットワークの協力を得て 2014 年 11 月開始を目標に準備中急性心不全における脳性ナトリウム利尿ペプチドの測定に関する国際間比較研究 臨床に直結する基礎研究 パリ大学のラリーボワジエ病院の BioBank(CRB-LRB) の支援をうけてアジア全体に展開する心不全医療域のさらなる発展をもたらすべく活動を予定しています CRB-LRB との共同事業により 新規バイオマーカー開発から新たな病態解明と新規治療薬の開発を目指します
