12 課題 / Issues 安定性 : 会社法の条文に忠実な運用の継続的な遂行 Predictability: Implementation/Operation of the law in a manner consistent and compliant with the wording of the law. 投資規制の一元化の徹底 : ミャンマー投資法及び制限事業リストの完成会社法上の非外国会社の扱い Perfectly unified investment regulation: Further upgrading of the MIL and the list of restricted business (MIC Notification No.15/2017), treating non Foreign Company equally to the 100% Myanmar company 法令の発展過程における透明性確保 Maintaining transparency during the development of the laws and regulations 11
