43 女性のキャリア支援と大学の役割に関する調査 速報 ４ 主な調査結果 1 調査対象者のプロフィール リカレント教育課程に集ってくるのは どのような女性たちなのか プロフィールから 確認したい 年齢層であるが 以下のデータは リカレント教育課程がまとめた 受講生 の入学時の年齢層データである 以下の HP アドレス参照 40 代が半数近くを占めてお り 入学者平均年齢は 38.5 歳となっている 2013 年 4 月時点までの入学者 282 名のデータ 年 6 月 4 日アクセス 本調査対象者の年齢を含めたプロフィールは以下の通りである 図 1 年齢 n=62 無回答 12 人を除く 42 図 2 婚姻状況 N=74

46 現代女性とキャリア 第５号 リカレント教育課程に入学するまで どのようなキャリアを歩んできたのかを示したの が図 7 である 離職型 リカレント教育課程に入学する時点で 1 年以上仕事に就い ていなかった が 36 人でもっとも多く 全体の半数近くを占める 再就職型 1 年 以上の離職期間を経て仕事に就いていた が 21 人で約 3 割 転職型 1 年未満の離 職期間があるが 仕事に就いていた が 12 人 16.2% 初職継続型 大学卒業後に 最初に就いた仕事に入学時 あるいは入学直前 まで就いていたという人 も 5 人 6.7% いた 離職型 36 人のうち 31 人は既婚女性であり さらに 再就職型 21 人のうち 16 人 が既婚女性である 離職型 再就職型 では既婚女性の占める割合が高く 家庭の事情 によるキャリアの断続が推測される 逆に シングル女性 20 人に着目すると 転職型 6 人 再就職型 5 人 離職型 5 人 初職継続型 が 4 人と 多様なキャリアの背景 をもっていることがわかる 3 初職について リカレント教育課程は 就業経験があることが 入学の条件とされている そこで 初 職経験について尋ねた 図 8 初職の勤務形態 N=74 図 9 初職の企業規模 N=74 初職の勤務形態は 9 割が 正社員 正規職員 であったが アルバイト 契約社 員 もそれぞれ 3 人おり 派遣社員 が 1 人であった 企業規模は 1001 人以上 の大企業に勤務していた人が 35 人で約半数を占める一方 で 30 人以下 も 1 割 8 人 いた 45

58 University s Educational Challenge to Develop Leadership Skills of Women Through the Course of Business Leadership at Women s University Toru Anzai In Japan more women leaders are expected to play active roles especially in economic and political areas since the Global Gender Gap Index by the World Economic Forum shows Japan s backwardness. In 2012, G Women s University started the course called Business Leadership. Its aims are not focused on ostensible knowledge but substantial change in behavioral practice. The characteristics are as follows; discussion, manner, communication, self-reflection, experience-based approach, group work and homework. For examples, the homework required students to face some challenges, deal with their emotions, and create innovative ideas every week. After consecutive sessions for several months, the students seemed to show dramatic changes. I would like to demonstrate leadership at the maximum. I realized that I can change the society. I look forward to the future and my life. I feel the expectation to create the future by myself. It was the brand-new course which has never existed in Japan. It was the most fruitful course. There was a strong sense of the students unlimited possibility to become leaders. The course of Business Leadership, based upon human education, suggested that its method was similar to the concept of feminist pedagogy. Finally I would like to point out that more feminine leadership is required as the globalization spreads rapidly worldwide. LeadershipWomen s Empowerment Women s University 2008

79 経済社会の変動と女子大学生の結婚観 キャリア意識に関する日韓比較研究 続を勧めない場合が日本女子大学には 2 割ほどいた 性別役割分業観については 表 9 に示すとおりである 両大学ともに 夫の経済力に期待をしており 日本女子大学の学生の方がより夫の経済 力に期待していることがわかる 梨花女子大学の学生は 日本女子大学の学生よりも 家 庭内においても 社会においても男女平等的な意識で 母親との親密度が高く 育児のサ ポートを母親に期待していることがわかる 質問紙調査を実施する際に 補足的に行った聴き取りにおいて 梨花女子大学の学生か ら 理想とする女性の生き方について 経済的に安定してから 結婚や出産を考える や 出産後のキャリアを充実させるために 若いうちにできるだけキャリア形成に力を注 78
80 現代女性とキャリア 第５号 ぐ などという意見が多数あった また 留学や海外での就業については 海外も韓国 も雇用環境の厳しさは変わらないので 海外で経験を積んだ方が韓国での就業に有利だと 思う 英語だけではだめで 他にもう一つ言語を習得しないと競争に勝てない などの 意見が出た また 出産後一旦退職することを希望しているという学生からは 男性と 対等に競争する社会なので 出産後は 同じように働くことができないと思う 出産後に は 事業を起こすことを考えている 女性が出産後に就業継続するのは非常に困難だと いう話をよく聞くので 就業を継続したいが難しいと思う などの意見が多かった 3 キャリア支援 キャリアセンターへの聴き取りでは 情報提供サービスやキャリアガイダンス 各種試 験対策支援などの就業支援は 日本女子大学で行われているキャリア教育と概ね共通して いるが 表 10 に示すとおり キャリアプランを立てる時期が大学入学直後と時期が早 79
