3 民国时期文献保护计划 2011 年, 国家图书馆策划了民国时期文献保护计划, 年得到国家财政专项经费支持在各图书馆积极参与下, 在学界专家支持下, 民国文献普查海外文献征集整理出版等各方面工作都取得了阶段性成果文献普查工作逐步展开制定民国时期文献数据普查标准, 在全国开展文献试点普查, 共收到各单位书目数据约 25 万条馆藏数据约 45 万条经查重整合, 已灌装至联合目录系统的书目数据共 16.7 万条馆藏数据近 30 万条, 约 2 万条包含目次与全文海外文献征集取得丰硕成果已征集到馆远东国际军事法庭庭审记录 5 万余页证据资料 2.8 万页, 远东国际军事法庭相关文书档案缩微胶卷 2 千余卷, 包括国际检察局档案 66 卷马尼拉审判横滨审判庭审记录 93 卷, 美国国家档案馆藏民国老照片 1.6 万余张历史视频资料 30 份以及日本军医保坂晃随军日记等史料文献整理出版取得阶段性成果 2013 年在全国组织项目申报, 首批包括汪伪政府公报汇刊重庆图书馆藏 < 刘赞廷藏稿 > 护国运动文献资料汇编江西省政府公报民国四川通志稿民国浙江续通志稿等立项 22 项民国时期文献库房标准民国时期文献酸化检测及国内外脱酸技术调研等科研项目稳步推进人才培训工作持续进行, 年, 先后在北京重庆辽宁江西等地举办民国时期文献普查工作培训班 1

4 东京审判文献资料收集整理是民国时期文献保护的重要内容之一 2013 年 9 月, 国家图书馆与上海交通大学联合影印出版了英文版远东国际军事法庭庭审记录 (80 册 ), 学界反响热烈, 得到中央领导和社会各界的高度认可为服务国家战略和学术研究, 将陆续推出对日战犯审判史料系列满铁文献资料系列抗日战争史料系列等文献, 形成完整资料体系, 永续利用 2
