1 CNDC と若手メンバー本 GCOE プログラムは若手人材の育成を最重要目標と位置付けていました若手人材育成の主なプロ GCOE フェロー RA の 3 つがありまグラムとしてはクロスナショナルドクトラルコース CNDC したクロスナショナルドクトラルコース CNDC クロスナショナルドクトラルコースとは東北大学大学院法学研究科と海外パートナー機関が共同で学生の指導に当たる博士課程です CNDC に登録した学生は 3 年間の博士課程の中の少なくとも 1 年間は国外の機関で履修し原則として 3 年間の課程を経て東北大学と海外パートナー機関の双方に博士論文原則として英語を提出して両機関から博士の学位を取得することダブルディグリー取得を目指します図１参照 CNDC では学生が全課程を英語で履修することも可能なようにカリキュラムが組まれています学生に対する指導 CNDC のひとりひとりの学生に対して東北大学大学院法学研究科海外パートナー機関のそれぞれから 1 名ずつ計 2 名の指導教員 supervisors が緊密な連携を取りながら研究指導論文指導を行います又ポスドクの若手研究者から選抜された特任フェローによる定期的な個人指導テュートリアルも行われます学生に対する支援 CNDC に登録する学生は国外で履修する間安定した条件の下で研究に専念できるよう RA として採用されます 2012 年 3 月にダブルディグリーを取得したシェフィールド大学の CNDC 学生が日欧産業協力センターのニューズレター EUJAPAN NEWS vol.10 p.15 に掲載されました紙面下方省略 106
