2 Apostichopus japonicus Growth of Japanese sea cucumber Apostichopus japonicus in Miyazu Bay Yoshiaki Shinohara, Tomokazu Nishigaki, Tomofumi Seta and Akio Douke Standard body length (L e ) and total weight (W) of 223 Japanese sea cucumbers collected around Miyazu Bay were measured in April 215. The following equation was calculated to determine the relationship between L e and W: W= L e. A total of 377 sea cucumbers were collected in Miyazu bay in April 216, and their multimodal L e composition was decomposed into eight age groups. The relationship between age (t) and L e was revealed by the expression: L e =469.9 (1-e t ). Then, the relationship between age (1-8 years) and W was estimated, and the W for the 8 years were determined to be: 5, 31, 86, 168, 273, 394, 525, and 661 g respectively. 3 その組成の多峰型から年齢と標準体長の関係を求め調査 Ⅰ Ⅱ で撮影した画像から Yamana and ることで宮津湾におけるマナマコの資源管理に必要 Hamano 26 に従い各個体の体長Lおよび体幅Bをとなる資源特性値のうち成長に関するいくつかの知測定した採集した個体には一部クロ型を呈する個見を得たので報告する体やアオ型とクロ型の中間的な色型を呈する個体が発見されたがアオ型を呈する個体が主体であるこ材料と方法調査Ⅰ 標準体長と全重量の関係とまた完全にアオ型とクロ型に分けることが困難調査海域は 27 年に宮津市田井地先において沖出し距離約6 m 水であることから標準体長Leの推定には山名ら 211 の提案するアオ型の本州共通式 1 を用いた推定深約1 mから4 mの範囲に天然石の投石により造成さされた標準体長より 1クラス5 mm幅の三項移動平均れた人工投石藻場内以下藻場内および藻場沖側値による標準体長組成を求め同一年級群の体長組縁辺から水深8 mまでの砂泥底以下藻場沖であ成が正規分布であると仮定して佐野 24 に従る藻場内の植生は全体をとおしてヤツマタモクい Microsoft-Excelのソルバーを用いた正規分布分解 Sargassum patens マメタワラSargassum piluliferum による年級群分解を試みたヨレモク Sargassum siliquastrum ジョロモク Myagropsis myagroidesなどのホンダワラ科海藻が密に Le= (L B)1/2 分布し藻場沖にはアマモZostera marinaが疎に分布結する 215年4月15日に藻場内および藻場沖からスク (1) 果調査Ⅰ ーバ方式による潜水にてマナマコをランダムに採集藻場内からは12個体藻場沖からは13個体を採しトレーに物差しとともに並べてコンパクトデジタ集した採集したマナマコの標準体長と全重量の関ルカメラで撮影したのち Fig.2 体表の海水を軽く係をFig.3に示した関係式は式 2 で示されたキムタオルで拭き取り電子秤 SL-1WP A&D にて全重量を測定した調査Ⅱ マナマコの標準体長組成の混合正規分解調 W= Le2.95 (2) 調査Ⅱ 査海域は前述の海域および宮津湾の東岸側の栗田半藻場内から143個体海藻基部から23個体藻場沖島に位置する京都府農林水産技術センター海洋センタから211個体を採集し斜路から43個体を採集したーの船上げ場斜路の水深1 m以浅の範囲以下斜路 Fig.4に海藻基部藻場内および藻場沖で採集され Fig.1 であるたマナマコの標準体長組成とその混合正規分布分解 216年4月22日にスクーバ方式による潜水にて藻したグラフを示した海藻基部で採集されたマナマ場内および藻場沖に分布するマナマコを調査Ⅰと同様コの標準体長組成は39.3 mmから117.5 mmの範囲にあの方法で採集した併せて藻場内の最浅部の水深1 り条件により単峰型もしくは2から3峰の複数峰の mから1.5 mまでのホンダワラ科海藻の基部以下混合型として分解することが可能であった 23個体海藻基部に分布する小型のマナマコを採集した同の平均標準体長は78. mmであった藻場内で採集し年5月2日には斜路から徒手によりマナマコを採集したマナマコの標準体長組成は概ね14.5 mmから263.5 調査Ⅰと同様の方法にて写真撮影した Fig.2 mmの範囲にあり 5峰に分解することができたそ Fig. 2 Body length and breadth were calculated by image analysis. 18 宮津湾でのマナマコの成長
