Arts and Sciences Employment environment of Radiological Technologists 1 2 1 2 1 2 1 2 Key words: Starting salary Demands and supplies Radiological Technologists, Job postings Summary The purpose of this study is to clarify the wages differences among Radiological Technologists based on the types of employments, payroll systems, school careers, areas (prefectures), and so forth. The demands for RT have been steadily increasing, especially for female RTs. However, amount of RT supply is increasing more rapidly because of number of schools providing educations for RT increased.
