Health Status among Residents Based on Salutogenic Model : I considered the effects of raising SOC and the effects of high-level SOC toward physical, mental and social health status and QOL. The results showed that ( ) a high level of SOC raises mental and social health statuses and territories of QOL (physical territory, mental territory, social relationship and environment), ( ) the effects of raising SOC are satisfaction in one s own health status, satisfaction in one s life, age, and household yearly income.
