10 2013.3 CNDC と若手メンバー 本 GCOE プログラムは 若手人材の育成を最重要目標と位置付けていました 若手人材育成の主なプロ GCOE フェロー RA の 3 つがありま グラムとしては クロスナショナル ドクトラル コース CNDC した クロスナショナル ドクトラル コース CNDC クロスナショナル ドクトラル コースとは 東北大学大学院法学研究科と海外パートナー機関が共同で学生の指導に当たる博士課程です CNDC に登録した学生は 3 年間の博士課程の中の少なくとも 1 年間は国外の機関で履修し 原則として 3 年間の課程を経て 東北大学と海外パートナー機関の双方に博士論文 原則として英語 を提出して 両 機関から博士の学位を取得すること ダブルディグリー取得 を目指します 図１参照 CNDC では 学 生が全課程を英語で履修することも可能なようにカリキュラムが組まれています 学生に対する指導 CNDC のひとりひとりの学生に対して 東北大学大学院法学研究科 海外パートナー機関のそれぞれか ら 1 名ずつ計 2 名の指導教員 supervisors が 緊密な連携を取りながら 研究指導 論文指導を行います 又 ポスドクの若手研究者から選抜された特任フェローによる定期的な個人指導 テュートリアル も行わ れます 学生に対する支援 CNDC に登録する学生は 国外で履修する間 安定した条件の下で研究に専念できるよう RA として採 用されます 2012 年 3 月にダブルディグリーを取得し たシェフィールド大学の CNDC 学生が 日 欧産業協力センターのニューズレター EUJAPAN NEWS vol.10 p.15 に掲載されま した 紙面下方省略 106
