Abstract Abstract With computer technology, network technology and information technology, more and more to improve the modern work and life. Network management system is the rapid development of computer technology and network solutions for an office application. Network management system of Internet networking technology and modern management concepts of integration, is allowing companies to gradually increase the decision-making accuracy and efficiency of financial management, more efficient, standardized, safe and simple. In accounting, the centralized financial accounting applications not only plays an important role, but also the study of economics and finance is one hot topic, and its value has long been recognized by the industry. Financial accounting is not just a simple accounting system so simple, but comprehensive data on the design of a complex project, which requires detailed study and application. In the course of development of modern enterprises, the use of advanced sound financial management system is an irresistible trend of progress is a source of enterprises seeking. This paper describes the concept of centralized accounting and financial significance, combined with the advantages of centralized financial management, proposed system technology needs to be achieved. On this basis, the proposed application of JSP technology and related technology system solutions, designed based on MVC architecture centralized financial management system, according to the system to achieve its objectives, the realization of the system were tested. This system has been deployed with the unit and running through the actual use of the effect that the system user-friendly, to meet the application requirements.
