Especially Blackbord has improvements to accept the demands of the user, so it has increased to be installed. The results obtained so a large market commercial systems, has become expensive cost. In order to support the teaching and learning at a university in the United States has used a system to use combined computer and network. Sakai was developed to benefit the University agreed to develop jointly rather than separately developed.
