1. 概 要 OUTLINE 本 製 品 6843 シリーズコネクタは 市 場 における 機 器 の 小 型 化 や 高 密 度 実 装 の 要 求 に 基 づき 開 発 された 0.3mm ピッチ 高 さ 1.1mm ワンタッチロックタイプ( 両 接 点 )の 用 コネクタです 本 コネクタは 製 品 の 大 きさが 非 常 に 小 さいため 取 り 扱 いには 注 意 が 必 要 です ここで 6843 シリーズコネクタの 取 り 扱 い 上 の 注 意 点 について 記 載 します Series 6843 connector is a one-touch locking type (DUAL contact type) connector with 0.3mm-pitch and 1.1mm height designed for designed to meet the market requirements of downsizing and high density package in equipment. 3. 取 り 扱 い 上 の 注 意 HANDLING NOTES 3.1 搭 載 について MOUNTING ON THE BOARD 搭 載 は 基 本 的 に 実 装 機 にて 行 って 下 さい 補 修 などで 手 はんだを 行 う 場 合 は コンタクトテール に 触 れないよう 御 願 い 致 します 本 製 品 はスライダ 可 動 と 連 動 しコンタクトが 変 位 する 構 造 であります 従 って スライダ 挿 入 状 態 で 加 熱 した 場 合 コンタクトの 変 形 が 発 生 します 従 いましてリフロー 槽 投 入 または 手 はんだ 実 装 の 際 は スライダ 開 放 状 態 での 実 施 をお 願 いします また 実 装 後 に 於 ける 未 挿 入 状 態 でのスライダの 操 作 は 極 力 行 わないよう お 願 いいたします Basically connectors shall be mounted by the mounting machine. After they are mounted, it should be avoided as much as possible to move the actuator without an inserted. 3.2 の 挿 入 方 法 について INSERTION AND EXTRACTION OF (1) を 下 図 のように 垂 直 に 挿 入 して 下 さい は コネクタのカードスロットに 突 き 当 たるまでしっかりと 挿 入 して 下 さい また 本 製 品 は 仮 保 持 機 構 を 有 している 為 挿 入 時 には 抵 抗 が 有 ります Insert vertically as shown below. (2) 挿 入 した が 斜 めになっていないか 確 認 した 上 スライダを 回 転 軸 方 向 に 軽 く 荷 重 を 加 えつつ 押 し 下 げ ロックさせてください Make sure that the is not inserted obliquely and close the actuator with a soft pressure applied on it in the direction of the rotation axis. スライダをロックする 際 下 図 のスライダの 中 央 を 左 右 均 等 に 荷 重 が 掛 かった 状 態 で 操 作 してください 片 側 に 荷 重 を 掛 けた 状 態 でロックしないよう 注 意 願 います When closing the actuator, apply the force on the center of the actuator as shown below so that the Stress could be applied evenly laterally. 3.3 の 抜 去 方 法 について EXTRACTION スライダを 下 図 のようにあげて ロックを 解 除 させて 下 さい Raise the actuator to open as shown below. スライダ 開 放 角 度 は 90 までを 目 安 とし さらに 開 く 方 向 への 荷 重 を 加 えないようにしてください Actuator opening angle must be 90 degrees at maximum, and any further load shall not be applied in the opening direction. 90 スライダを 開 放 する 際 下 図 のスライダの 中 央 を 左 右 均 等 に 荷 重 が 掛 かった 状 態 で 真 上 に 上 げる 様 に 操 作 してください 片 側 に 荷 重 を 掛 けた 状 態 で 開 放 しないよう 注 意 願 います When opening the actuator, push the center of the actuator directly upward with the actuator evenly loaded, on it s right and left around the center. 4.その 他 の 注 意 事 項 OTHER NOTES 4.1 フラックス 上 がりについて FOR FLUX WICKING プリフラックスを 塗 布 した を 使 用 したり はんだ 量 が 多 くなると 下 図 のようにインシュレータコア ホール 間 にフラックス 上 がりが 発 生 し 固 着 することによってコンタクト(ばね)の 可 動 に 影 響 を 及 ぼす 可 能 性 がありますので 御 注 意 願 います 尚 プリフラックスを 塗 布 した を 使 用 したり はんだ 量 を 多 くする 場 合 は 御 相 談 下 さい 条 件 によっては 弊 社 にて 確 認 評 価 を 行 います When a printed circuit board with the preflux applied is used or the amount of solder gets increased, flux wicking occurs in a core hole of the insulator and the wicked flux becomes solidified to fix the contact, which could affect the spring movement of contacts.
