What is the suitable strategy for the administrative decision taking in the crisis management field for University level in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia? - The society consists of presidents Universities, vice presidents, deputies, deans of faculties, their deputies and heads of departments from (12) Saudi Universities in which they add up to (111511) and the study sample has been chosen in the random hierarchal method in which they add up (181110) individuals. - The tools of the study have been built in order to reveal the crisises that Saudi Arabia Universities face, degree of readiness of the Universities for crisises management, and the steps for the process of dicision making that the presidents, vice presidents, deputies, deans of faculties, their deputies, and heads of departments implement of Saudi Universities. - The tools of study includes fields: The crisises that the Universities face the degree of readiness of the University for crisis management and steps for decision making of presidents of Universities, their deputies deans of faculties and heads of department at Saudi Universities which includes (1218) sections for all fields. - The result of the study indicate the following. - The existence of crisises at a moderate level Saudi Universities. - The degree of readiness of Saudi Universities in crisises management is moderate. - The degree of decision making in the field of crisises management at universities is medium. - A strategy was suggested for administrative decision taking in the crisis management field the University level in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
