Vol.58, No.2 ( ),p Abstract 最近, 観光を国の経済発展の手段として戦略化する動きが強いが, 日本も例外ではないしかし, 2011 年の東日本大震災の発生, 低価航空社の増加, オンライン旅行社の活躍, 外国人訪日観光市場の拡大などの環境変化は観光産業内でも旅行業界に最も大きく影響を与えている本研究は, 以上のような環境変化への対応戦略として日本の旅行業界で行われている戦略的提携の特性を探ってみようとするものである資料収集は, 日本の観光業界の企業活動を紹介する週刊誌に掲載された38 件の事例から行われており, 提携の類型と内容, 提携の目的, 参加企業の特性などを中心として分析した分析の結果, 日本の旅行業界で行われる戦略的提携の殆どは業務提携であり, その中でも販売提携が最も多く, その次は包括的提携の順であった提携の目的は旅行素材の共同仕入れ旅行商品の共同企画販売によるスケールメリットの確保が圧倒的に多く, その次は新市場向けの新商品の開発であった参加企業の特徴としては大型旅行社が主導しており, 提携の対象は異業種企業である航空鉄道などの旅行素材供給業者と, 同業種の旅行業内においては営業活動の領域が異なって専門性のある中小旅行社などであった本研究は2 次資料の分析によるもので, 今後企業対象の幅広い実証分析によってより総合的で体系的な研究が必要であろう Notes 渡部直樹教授退任記念号 # 論文 Genre Journal Article URL
