69 方針 参加者の行動規範 ( マナー ) 国際ロータリーは 互いの礼儀 尊厳 尊重を重んじる環境づくりに徹しています 同胞の精神は 私たちの強みであり 全体の成功にも不可欠なものです 従って 国際大会の出席者 ボランティア 販売業者 職員は 責任ある社会人として協力的な姿勢で参加するよう期待されています 未成年やロータリースタッフを含む大会の全参加者は 以下のような言動のない環境で活動する権利があります 不適切な身体的接触 ( 脅かしたり危害を加えたりしようと意図的に押したり 叩いたりする行為を含む ) 言葉による虐待 ( 脅かしたり 侮辱したり 品位を傷つけるようなコメントや冗談など ) 一方的に言い寄る行為 ( 露骨な あるいは思わせぶりなコメント 身振り ほのめかし 接触など ) 国際ロータリーは このような行動規範の侵害に対する申し立てを重く受け止め 対処します 権利が侵されたと確信した方は 国際大会メイン事務局 ( ハンブルグメッセ Hall B1 の 2 階 ) にご報告ください 行動規範の違反者は 大会への登録権を失い 登録者 展示者 講演者 出演者 業者 企業のバッジまたは使用権が没収され ハンブルグメッセの場内または敷地内からの退去を命じられ ハンブルグメッセの場内または敷地内に入場する権利を失う可能性があります ( 登録料や申請料などの返金はありません ) また 今後のロータリー国際大会への出席 出演 展示が禁じられる場合があります すべての犯罪の申し立ては法執行機関 ( 警察 ) に報告されます 一般情報 さらに 大会 関連行事に出席する青少年や若者のための安全な環境づくりにも細心の心配りが求められています 青少年と接する際の行動規範に関する声明 には 国際ロータリーは ロータリーの活動に参加するすべての青少年のために 安全な環境をつくり 維持するために努力している ロータリアン ロータリアンの配偶者 その他のボランティアは 最善を尽くして 接する児童や青少年の安全を守り 肉体的 性的 精神的虐待から彼らを保護しなければならない と明記されています 青少年への虐待やハラスメントに対するいかなる申し立ても 法執行機関 ( 警察 ) に報告され RI 方針に従って対処されます 63

71 登録に関する情報 登録者バッジ すべての参加者には ネームバッジが渡され ハンブルグメッセ内では常時これを着用することが義務づけられます 本会議 分科会 ロータリーチケット制行事の会場入口で 係員がこのバッジを読み取り機で確認します 国際ロータリーは国際大会出席者の個人データ保護を重視しており 取り扱いに注意を要する個人情報がバッジに入力されることはありません プライバシーに関するロータリーの方針は my.rotary.org/ja/privacy-policy をご参照ください 一般情報 安全のため 大会バッジを受け取る際 登録者は写真入りの身分証明書 ( パスポートまたは運転免許証 ) を提示する必要があります RI は 大会中を通じて 参加している登録者に写真入り身分証明書の提示を求める権利を有しています 無作為に バッジの記載情報と写真入り身分証明書の照合確認が行われることがありますので あらかじめご了承ください 写真入り身分証明書とバッジの記載情報が一致しない場合は 登録料の返金なしに バッジが没収され 退場を命じられることになります RI はまた 全登録者のハンドバッグや鞄の検査を行う権利を有しています 登録者はこの検査を拒否する権利を有していますが 拒否した場合 ハンブルグメッセへの入場をお断りする権利が RI にあることをご了承ください 会場でのチケット販売 ハンブルグメッセの Hall A2 で 各種イベントに残席があるかどうかを確認できます ロータリーのチケット制行事 : チケットはすべて電子チケットとなります チケット情報はバッジに記録されますので チケット購入時には必ずバッジをご持参ください キャンセルによって直前にチケットが入手可能となる場合もあります これらのチケットは イベント開始の約 1 時間前から登録エリアにて販売されます ロータリー昼食会チケットの交換 :RI 昼食会チケットをお持ちで当日出席できなくなった方は 新規 未払い登録エリアにて ロータリーが登録者間の交換をお手伝いします 両者とも交換時にバッジを持参する必要があります ただし 料金の受け渡しなどは登録者間で行ってください ( 料金の受け渡しにロータリーが仲介することはありません ) ホスト主催チケット制行事 : 大会登録者は ハンブルグメッセの中央入口 ( 1 階 ) に設置されたホスト主催チケット制行事カウンターにてチケットを購入できます ( 残席がある場合 ) 留意事項 : ホスト主催チケット制行事とツアーは バッジに記録されません 65

72 一般情報 携帯アプリ大会用の携帯アプリをスマートフォンかタブレット型パソコンにダウンロードすれば プログラム最新情報の確認やほかの出席者との連絡ができます アプリストアで Rotary Events で検索し アプリをダウンロードしてサインインしてください 2019 Rotary Convention ( 2019 年ロータリー国際大会 ) を選択します プロフィールを作成し ほかのアプリユーザーとやり取りできます アプリで集められた個人情報は ロータリーのプライバシー方針の対象となります ( my.rotary.org/ja/privacy-policy) アプリ開発者によって集められた個人情報は ( アプリに明示されているように ) 開発者のプライバシー方針の対象となります 安全とセキュリティハンブルグには世界中から訪問者が訪れますが 観光旅行の経験が豊富な方も 場所にかかわらず 以下のような注意が必要です 大会会場を出るときは 大会バッジを外し ポケットやバッグなどすぐに取り出せる安全な場所にしまう バッジを付けたままにしておくと スリやひったくりに狙われやすくなります ただし バッジがチケットの代わりとなるため 公共の交通機関を使用する際に求められた場合は バッジを提示する必要があります 常に用心する 毅然とした態度で人と目を合わせるようにする 必要な物だけ持ち歩く 貴重品は最小限にし 多額の現金を持ち歩かない クレジットカード 保険証 パスポート 重要な身分証明書のすべてを 同じ財布やバッグに入れて持ち歩かない 財布や小銭入れを手の届きにくい所にしまう 男性は 財布をズボンの前ポケットもしくは上着の内ポケットに入れて持ち歩く 女性は 財布をバッグの深い所に入れ バッグは身体の前部に手で覆うようにして持つ 銀行 ATM 機 電車の駅やバスの停留所の近くでは特に注意 警戒する ロータリーから提供された参加者バッグは 外出中はホテルの部屋に残しておき ほかのバッグを使う 応急医務 非常時 国際大会中 看護師が医務室 ( ハンブルグメッセの A2 および B4 の近く ) に待機しています 医療処置が必要な場は いずれかの医務室にご連絡ください 緊急な医療処置が必要となり 医務室まで行くことができない場合には 次の人に連絡してください 会場監督 ( 黄色のベストを着用 ) 会場の警備係 ロータリー職員 ( 緑色の STAFF バッジまたは青いロータリースタッフ用シャツを着用 ) または 会場内に設置された電話から内線 ( 6666) で連絡 66
