About 3,500 students were analysed and the survery was conducted about 11 schools in The main results were as follows; 1) Life style of the students was not so good. Many students had not breakfast every day, waked up after 7 o clock, and went to bed after 24 o clock. 2) The measurements of haemoglobin value were available for health administration of students. 3) Hemoglobin value of many students was lower than standard value. 4) The lessons using the measurement of hemogurobin were effective for promotion of knowledge to health and lyfestyle. 9 ジュニア期のアクティブライフ構築に関する基礎的研究 2 報告 9 1 機関 東海大学札幌キャンパス 2 担当者 中西健一郎 小澤治夫 3 期日 2015年6月 4 対象 東海大学 1 年生119名 男子111名 女 子 8 名 5 内容 アストリムフィットを用いて健康教育 の一環としてヘモグロビン推定値の測定を行った 同時に 生活習慣に関するアンケート調査も実施 した 質問紙は 性別 生活形態 課外活動 睡 春季リーグ 1 位 秋季リーグ 2 位 東日本インカ 眠 朝食喫食 大学生活の満足度等 全 9 項目で レ 2 位 全日本インカレ 3 位 2015年度は春秋リ ある なお 調査開始前に すべての対象となっ ーグとも 2 位 東日本インカレ 4 位であったが た学生に研究の要旨を説明し 同意を得た 生活 全日本インカレでは優勝し 常に上位の成績を維 習慣に関するアンケートの回収率は 97.5 有 持し続けてきた この間の ヘモグロビン測定の 効回答数116名 であった 活用や生活習慣管理などは学生が自主的に取り組 6 結果 み 小澤研究室管理の測定器を適宜使用して測定 ① 全 体 で 28 名 24.1 男 子 26 名 男 子 の とその結果の部員へのフィードバックを行い 場 23.4 女子 2 名 女子の40.0 ヘモグロビン 合によってはこうしたデータを活用した取り組み 値が基準値に達しておらず 貧血傾向であること を学生自らの卒業研究としてまとめるなど 教育 がうかがわれた 的な活動にもその範囲は広がっていった また ②運動部所属の学生31名中 貧血傾向の学生は 6 年に 1 回程度はランチョンセミナーとして小澤が 名 19.3 おり 試合やトレーニングによる疲 講師となって 運動 食事 休養を中心とした 労と回復のバランスが崩れていることが危惧され スポーツライフマネジメント の講義を行うな た ども実施した 活動の在り方は年度によって異な ③普段の睡眠時間が 7 時間未満と回答した学生が るが ヘモグロビン測定は多い年には月に 1 回行 92名 79.3 お り 6 時 間 未 満 の 学 生 は42名 ったり 少ない時は数か月に 1 回であったりした 36.2 であった 24時以降に就床すると回答 が この 9 年間 継続してヘモグロビン測定値を した学生は74名 63.7 おり 25時以降の学生 活用した取り組みを行ってきた も28名 24.1 であった 貧血傾向の学生28名 Ⅵ 今後の課題 中23名 (82.1%) の学生は睡眠時間が 7 時間未満で ① 2 年生以上は講義も聞いており意識も高いが あり 25名 (89.2%) の就床時刻が23時以降であっ 1 年生は基本的な知識も乏しく生活や健康に対す た る意識が高くなく 今後も啓もう活動が不可欠で ④朝食を 食べない 週に 1 2 回食べる と ある した学生が28名 24.1 であった ②朝食はバイキング 昼食は大学食堂 夕食は寮 ⑤何らかの疲労感を感じていると回答した学生は 食であるが 栄養バランスに課題があり 必ずし 101名 87.1 であった も適切とは言えない ⑥大学生活を 楽しい どちらかというと楽し い と回答している学生が 104名 89.7 充 実している どちらかというと充実している 83
