謝辞 要 旨 Abstract This study aimed to clarify the relationship between a manager s administrative abilities, including his/her business activities while visiting nursing stations, and the stations profits. A nation-wide survey with self-questionnaires was administered to station managers, and valid answers were analyzed. The results were as follows. The proportion of profits at stations were low where the managers predicted profits, planned the business policy, understood accounting and financing, presented their stations results to other professionals, and evaluated their activities in order to increase the number of users. On the other hand, the profits were significantly higher at stations with more staffs and clients than those with a median number of staffs and clients, those with managers who had learned business administration, those with a business policy and plan, those evaluating financial profits, and those collecting and using information needed by the managers. On the basis of these results, it was suggested that conducting business based on a certain plan and its evaluation and business activities that positioned customers as not only users but also professionals, including doctors and care managers, are important for the stabilization of the management of stations. 文献,,,,., --, http://www-bm.mhlw.go.jp/toukei/saikin/hw/kaigo/service/ index.html,, -,,,.
