Gli uomini e le donne di Terre Scelte lavorano quotidianamente scegliendo le materie prime migliori, gli ingredienti genuini ed i stessi processi di lavorazione più autentici al fine di realizzare un prodotto accurato, esclusivo e di altissima qualità. Terre Scelte è l idea di un gruppo di entusiasti del buon cibo e dei prodotti Italiani di qualità. Men and women of Terre Scelte work daily selecting the best raw materials and natural ingredients with the same authentic processes in order to achieve accurate exclusive and high quality final products. Terre Scelte is the idea of a group of enthusiasts for good food and quality Italian specialties. After years of sales promotion in various business sectors we realized that the best of Italy is at the table and so, in partnership with some of the best Neapolitan Pasta Masters we started this adventure.

4 La Lavorazione Tutte le nostre paste vengono formate da trafile in bronzo (trafilatura al bronzo) ed essiccate lentamente. Adottiamo procedimenti di lunga essiccazione, che prevedono dalle 12 alle 18 ore a basse temperature con un minimo di 40 ed un massimo 50 gradi centigradi. In questo modo salvaguardiamo i valori nutrizionali e la tenuta in fase di cottura. Secondo noi i prodotti alimentari, più di tutti, sono la sintesi della cultura di un popolo, dell identità di un territorio. Le nostre specialità raccontano questa storia di amore per la propria terra e di attenzione alle tradizioni più antiche. We adopt a long drying process that can vary between 12 and 18 hours, low temperatures, from a minimum of 40 C to a maximum of 50 C, in this way we preserve nutritional values and the strength during cooking. In our opinion food, most of all, is the synthesis of the culture of a Country, the identity of a territory. Our specialties tell this story of love for countryside and attention to the most ancient traditions. Our made in Italy is tradition, quality and innovation.

Rappresentano l espressione tipica della cucina povera ma gustosa e nutriente del Sud Italia, oggi, come allora, questi prodotti sono utilizzati come merenda durante il giorno o stuzzichini da accompagnare alla degustazione di un vino con gli amici. Noi di Terre Scelte produciamo i nostri taralli e le nostre bruschette in Puglia, nelle Murge Baresi, il nostro procedimento prevede la bollitura del prodotto da crudo oltre all aromatizzazione con spezie ed ortaggi delle nostre terre.
