12 March 21 Bibliometrics on Environment and Behavior ABSTRACT The purpose of this paper is to clarify and describe trends regarding the content and references in all articles published by Environment and Behavior, one of the most influential journals on environmental sociology and environmental behavioral science. The data to be analyzed is digitalized reference information of articles on the Sage Publishing web site, including abstracts and information on reference articles. Bibliometrics analysis shows trends in the theories that Environment and Behavior relies upon, and the topics it addresses. Key Words: environment, behavior, bibliometrics
