P313 THE FOLLOW-UP STUDY ON THE TRANSFUSION RECIPIENTS' HCV INFECTION Halida Rebiya Alim Gao XueZhen (The People's Hospital of Xingjiang Uigur Autonomous Region, China) The follow-up study on 196 transfusion recipients indicates that the Anti- HCV positive rates in the acute and chronic period were 34.69%(68/196), 37.24% (73/196), the HCV-RNA positive rates were 30.88% (21/68), 20.54%(15/73), the conscious symptom and the ALT rising rates were 25% (17/68), 55.83%(38/68), 67.12(49/73), 83.56%(61/73). There were apparent differences between the acute and chronic groups. (P<0.01). The Anti-HCV positive rates were quite different among the groups of age, times and amount of transfusion.
